05/08/2024. JAKARTA - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI successfully held a 5K Fun Run event, BNI Miles Tune, which was held at Plaza Tenggara, Gelora Bung Karno (GBK), Jakarta, Saturday (3/8/2024).
The event was held as part of BNI's 78th Anniversary series. The event began with a flag off by BNI Director of Technology and Operations Toto Prasetyo, BNI SEVP Pancaran Effendi, and BNI Anniversary Committee Chairman Mesah.
At least 4,500 participants took part in the BNI Miles Tune, Night Run and Music Festival, which was enlivened by the Koplo Cult Group, DJ Berlari Berdendang, DJ IARA, Jayjax, and Rumah Perkusi.
In his statement, BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo stated that BNI Miles Tune is an attractive running event for all groups, reflected in the participation of the public and running communities in the event.
“We appreciate all parties who participated in this event. We are very enthusiastic that BNI Miles Tune, Run to the Beat, has become the running event of choice for the community,” he said.
Okki explained, BNI is committed to participating in encouraging sports activities in Indonesia, not only running, but also other sports activities.
According to him, running is one of the sports that is favored by various groups from teenagers, adults, to the elderly. This makes BNI excited to create sports events that are interesting to follow.
“Hopefully BNI Miles Tune can continue in the following years and inspire people to exercise,” said Okki.
