BNI-MyPertamina Credit Card


BNI-MyPertamina Credit Card is a revamped product of the BNI Pertamina Credit Card resulting from a Co-Branding collaboration between BNI and PT Pertamina Patra Niaga presented in one Credit Card variant, namely BNI Pertamina Platinum. This product is a Credit Card that uses the Mastercard network intended for general customers, Pertamina employees and employees of Pertamina subsidiaries.

Features for the BNI-MyPertamina Credit Card variant :

  1. 8% cashback for fuel purchases at Pertamina gas stations via the MyPertamina application
    • Minimum transaction of IDR 250 thousand/transaction.
    • Maximum cashback of IDR 30 thousand/card/week.
    • Cashback is only valid for a maximum of 1 (one) time/week for main card or additional card transactions.
    • Cashback is valid for non-subsidized fuel purchases (only valid for Pertamax Turbo, Pertamax Green 95, Pertamax, Pertamina Dex, and Dexlite fuel product transactions on the MyPertamina application).
    • Only valid for payments on the MyPertamina application using the BNI-Pertamina Credit Card or BNI-MyPertamina Platinum variant*.
    • Cashback will be given at the earliest on the following month's bill.
  2. Double BNI Rewards Point
    • 2x BRP for transactions on the MyPertamina application.
    • Points are only valid for fuel transactions on the MyPertamina application.

Program Tactical BNI-MyPertamina Credit Card :

  • Program period : until December 31, 2026.
  • Discount of IDR 100,000 with a minimum transaction of IDR 1,500,000.
  • Discounts are obtained by entering the promo code : BNIPERTAMINA.
  • Quota for the first 15 transactions using the BNI-Pertamina or BNI-MyPertamina Credit Card every Thursday starting at 10:00 WIB.
  • If the Customer fails to get the promo, it means that the quota has run out and the message "Sorry, the voucher quota has run out" will appear under the promo code input column.
  • The promo can be combined with 0% installments for 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24 months.
  • Each user is entitled to get the promo once per user id per day.
  • Only valid for transactions at Star Seller, Star Seller+ and Shopee Mall.
  • Valid for transactions via the Shopee mobile app.
  • Program period : until December 31, 2026.
  • Cashback of IDR 200,000.
  • Cashback is obtained if the Customer makes a transaction with an accumulation of IDR 3,000,000 within 2 (two) months after the card is approved for purchases via the MyPertamina application using a BNI-Pertamina or BNI-MyPertamina Credit Card.
  • Cashback will be credited to the Customer a maximum of 60 (sixty) working days after the end of the program period.
  • There is no quota for this Credit Card program/feature.
  • Not valid for change logo card.

Valid for the first 2 years free of annual fees after the card is approved :

  • 1st year is unconditionally free.
  • The 2nd year requires at least 1 (one) transaction in the previous year without a minimum transaction.

BNI Rewards Points is a loyalty program from BNI where Cardholders earn 1 (one) reward point for every Rp 10,000 spent on their BNI Credit Card. Points are awarded for every multiple of this transaction value.

The BNI Rewards Point Redemption program offers exciting exchange opportunities for all active BNI Credit Cardholders.

Enjoy the BNI Credit Card Cash Fund facility—a fund transfer service for selected customers that allows you to utilize your available credit limit. Funds can be transferred directly to the cardholder's Bank account with flexible installment payments and low interest rates. This service is accessible via the BNI Credit Card Mobile App or by calling BNI Call at 1500046.

Transfer Amount: From a minimum of Rp 1,000,000 up to 50% of your remaining credit limit with admin fee of Rp 200,000 applies to each of the first and second transfers.

This streamlined payment process is designed for your convenience and is even faster than using cash.


Risks of BNI Credit Card Owenership

Every month, the Cardholder receives a billing statement. To avoid a downgrade in credit collectability or the risk of bad debt, the Customer is required to make payments according to the billed amount—whether in full or the minimum partial payment—no later than the due date specified on the billing statement.

BNI Credit Cardholders must consistently maintain the security and confidentiality of their credit card data to prevent unauthorized use by irresponsible parties. Below are the guidelines to protect cardholders :

  • Never hand over your physical BNI Credit Card to any party for any reason, including individuals claiming to be from BNI. BNI will never request your physical card for any purpose, such as credit limit increases or card activation.
  • Protect your sensitive card information. Never share your credit card number, PIN, card expiry date, CVV/CVC (the 3 digits on the back), or OTP (One-Time Password) with anyone. BNI never requests this data through any medium, including phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or e-mail.
  • Be alert if you receive calls from a Caller ID claiming to be BNI, such as (021) 1500046, (+21) 1500046, or (+1) 1500046.
  • Keep your data updated. Ensure any changes to your personal information (mobile number, address, NIK/ID number, NPWP/Tax ID, etc.) are updated promptly via BNI Call 1500046.
  • Report suspicious activity. If you encounter anything suspicious, take note of the details and immediately report it to the official BNI Call at 1500046.

Additional Information for BNI Credit Card

In the event that your card is lost or stolen, the Cardholder is obligated to immediately contact the 24-Hour BNI Call service to prevent unauthorized use by third parties.

the Cardholder remains responsible for all transactions or charges incurred on the card until the loss is officially reported to BNI Call.

BNI reserves the right to decline a card replacement request if the Cardholder's account is currently in arrears (overdue payments).

An administrative fee will be charged to the Cardholder for every replacement card issued due to loss or theft.

The Cardholder's address and telephone numbers (home/office/mobile) used by BNI are those most recently recorded in BNI's system.

In the event of a change in address or telephone number, the Cardholder is obligated to notify BNI via the 24-Hour BNI Call at 1500046 or by visiting the nearest BNI Gallery.

Any losses or consequences arising from the Cardholder's negligence in notifying BNI of changes to personal data (including, but not limited to, delays in notification or failure to provide notification) shall be the sole burden and responsibility of the Cardholder.

The Cardholder has the right to close their BNI Credit Card at any time by submitting a request to BNI via the 24-Hour BNI Call at 1500046 (domestic) or +6221-30500046 (international), or in writing via letter, email, or at a BNI Branch Office.

If a Cardholder wishes to terminate their membership, they are obligated to settle all outstanding balances, including any incurred fees. Once settled, the Cardholder must notify BNI of the closure through the official channels mentioned above.

Upon approval of the closure request, the Cardholder is required to cut or destroy the physical BNI Credit Card to prevent any unauthorized use or unwanted incidents.

Bank reserves the right to cancel or refuse to renew a card at any time (without prior notice) if :

  • The Cardholder violates the General Terms and Conditions of BNI Credit Cards.
  • The Cardholder’s name appears on the Bank Indonesia (BI) or AKKI (Indonesian Credit Card Association) blacklist.
  • The Cardholder is negligent or breaches any provision within the credit agreement between the Bank and the Cardholder.
  • The Cardholder hereby releases BNI from all responsibilities, lawsuits, or claims from any party, including the Cardholder, regarding the Bank's decision to cancel the card.

Card termination process will be completed within 8 (eight) working days from the date the closure request is received, if the Cardholder has no outstanding balances or applicable fees due to BNI.
