Merupakan jasa pengelolaan kas (Cash Management) untuk Nasabah Non Perorangan sehingga dapat melakukan transaksi keuangan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien.

Sejak didirikan pada tahun 2009 sampai dengan sekarang, BNI berhasil menjadi “Bank of Choice” dan terus meningkatkan keberadaannya sebagai Bank transaksi pilihan Nasabah melalui berbagai pilihan layanan Cash Management yang efisien, efektif, aman dan handal. Didukung dengan aplikasi BNIDirect (Corporate Internet Banking) yang memiliki fitur-fitur layanan yang lengkap sesuai kebutuhan terkini, layanan “Value Chain Management”, “Open Banking Solutions” sampai dengan layanan “BNI Garansi Bank” sehingga Transactional Banking Services dari BNI selalu memberikan solusi terbaik dan terpadu bagi Nasabah (end-to-end solution).

Pada pertengahan tahun 2021 melakukan repositioning agar menjadi lebih cepat, fokus, mendalam, memberikan solusi yang customized serta lebih profitable berganti nama menjadi Divisi Solusi Wholesale (sebelumnya Divisi Transactional Banking/TBS).

BNI memiliki Corporate Digital Services, salah satunya BNIDirect yang mengintegrasikan solusi bisnis dan tata kelola keuangan Nasabah termasuk solusi bisnis internasional Banking. Target Nasabah dari layanan ini antara lain adalah Nasabah korporasi, komersial dan usaha kecil maupun rintisan termasuk pebisnis luar negeri yang memiliki bisnis partner di Indonesia, pebisnis Indonesia yang jangkauan usahanya di luar negeri dan/atau memiliki group usaha di luar negeri, perwakilan pemerintah Indonesia yang ada di luar negeri serta para Diaspora Indonesia.

BNIDirect sebagai solusi platform cash management mempunyai berbagai fitur seperti Collection Management, Liquidity Management, Payment Management, Digital Bank Guarantee, Financial Supply Chain Management, Trade Online, serta API Open Banking untuk mendukung integrasi dan kemudahan transaksi perBankan pada platform yang dimiliki Nasabah.

Inovasi baru lainnya yang segera dapat dinikmati oleh Nasabah yaitu fitur/layanan BNIDirect dengan kapabilitas baru dengan akses yang seamless menuju semua layanan bisnis seperti Cash Management, Garansi Bank, FSCM, Trade dan FX pada satu platform. Online Open Account yang mempermudah Pengguna BNIDirect agar dapat langsung membuka rekening Giro dan Deposito sehingga tidak perlu berkunjung ke cabang serta executive dashboard yang mengkonsolidasikan semua aspek finansial dan informasi untuk mempermudah pengambilan keputusan.

Seiring perkembangan bisnis dan teknologi serta mengakomodasi kebutuhan Nasabah, BNI mengembangkan BNIDirect Overseas sebagai platform digital transaksi bagi Nasabah luar negeri yang memiliki bisnis partner di Indonesia, Nasabah Indonesia yang jangkauan usahanya di luar negeri dan/atau memiliki group usaha di luar negeri, perwakilan pemerintah Indonesia yang ada di luar negeri serta para Diaspora Indonesia, sehingga seluruh tata kelola keuangan Nasabah dapat diakses secara Real-time online dimana saja dan kapan saja.
