JAKARTA - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI is committed to continuing to support government programs, including in terms of providing banking services for TNI institutions and members. BNI strengthens business cooperation with TNI through integrated financial service solutions specifically designed to meet the needs of TNI institutions and soldiers.
This synergy was realized through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto, SE, Msi and BNI President Director Royke Tumilaar at Wisma Ahmad Yani, Jakarta, on Tuesday (26/3/2024).
This collaboration is BNI's strategic step to support the TNI both within the TNI Headquarters, Army, Navy and Air Force in managing finances more effectively, efficiently and accountably in the digital era.
"BNI understands the important role of TNI in safeguarding national security and sovereignty. Therefore, we are committed to supporting the performance of the TNI institution by providing comprehensive and innovative banking services," Royke said.
This strategic collaboration aims to provide facilities and integrated financial solutions for all elements in the TNI ecosystem. BNI will provide banking services including Cash Management System, consumer product services such as BNI Fleksi and BNI Griya, financial planning, and various other bank services.
In addition, BNI will also support the Tentara Manunggal Membangun Desa (TMMD) program and TNI CSR programmes in line with the Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program of the Ministry of BUMN.
"This joint work is expected to be an entrance to collaboration and wider synergy between TNI and BNI so that it can bring benefits to the nation and the country," Royke said.
