BNI provides special savings products that can facilitate the businessmen in running their business, namely Taplus Bisnis. This savings product is given to traders who sell their wares in Bukalapak or commonly called pelapak.
As an added value for pelapak (stall owner) who have become loyal customers, BNI held a Draw of Pelapak Jalan-Jalan Program with BNI, held in Jakarta, Thursday (31 October 2019). Present at the occasion, the General Manager of Consumer Product Management Division of BNI, Donny Bima and the Director of Payment, Fintech, and Virtual Products of Bukalapak, Victor Lesmana.
Donny Bima said, BNI offers the opportunity to go on holiday to Turkey for 10 lucky pelapak who chose Taplus Bisnis as an account for the disbursement of their online sales in Bukalapak. The more often the pelapak disbursed the proceeds of their sales to BNI Taplus Bisnis, the greater the chance of winning a holiday in Turkey. The program has been running from 1 April to 15 October 2019 then. This year's implementation is the second time.
"The holiday prize draw is BNI's appreciation for those who have chosen BNI as their banking partner and helped raise third party funds in BNI. As of September 2019, BNI recorded growth in depositor funds by 5.9% YoY, to Rp 581 trillion. Victor Lesmana said, "Our collaboration with various banking institutions, including BNI, is aimed at increasing the capacity and quality of life of our pelapak who also contribute to the country's economy. At present, there are more than 5 million pelapak scattered throughout Indonesia. We are optimistic this number will continue to increase along with our mission to encourage the adoption of technology to MSMEs".
