BNI Tetap Melayani Saat Libur Akhir Tahun Outlet yang Beroperasi Capai 180 Lokasi
Jakarta, 17 Desember 2016 - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk atau BNI tetap memberikan pelayanan bagi masyarakat yang hendak bertransaksi pada masa liburan akhir tahun yang berlangsung sejak 24 Desember 2016 hingga 2 Januari 2017. BNI tetap mengoperasikan kantor-kantor cabang antara 79 hingga 182 outlet di seluruh Indonesia pada hari-hari libur sepanjang periode liburan panjang Natal 2016 dan Perayaan Tahun Baru 2017.
Corporate Secretary BNI Kiryanto mengungkapkan hal tersebut di Jakarta, Kamis (15 Desember 2016). Sepanjang masa liburan akhir tahun ini, BNI hanya meliburkan seluruh operasionalnya pada tanggal 25 Desember 2016 saat perayaan Natal 2016, dan tanggal 1 hingga 2 Januari 2017 atau pada saat libur bersama dalam rangka Tahun Baru 2017.
Menurut Kiryanto, operasional terbatas BNI telah dilaksanakan sejak hari libur Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW yang dirayakan kaum Muslim pada hari Senin, 12 Desember 2016. Saat itu, sebanyak 79 outlet tetap aktif memberikan pelayanannya, yaitu pelayanan Setoran Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM)/ Non BBM, Setoran/ Penarikan Rekening BNI, Pemindahbukuan Antar Rekening BNI, dan Setoran Penerimaan Negara.
Operasional terbatas di sebanyak 79 outlet juga dilaksanakan pada hari Senin, 26 Desember 2016 atau pada saat libur bersama perayaan Natal 2016. Pelayanan yang diberikan meliputi Setoran/ Penarikan/ Pemindahbukuan, Setoran BBM/ Non BBM, serta Setoran Penerimaan Negara.
Operasional terbatas juga dilaksanakan pada hari Sabtu tanggal 31 Desember 2016. Terdapat 182 outlet yang beroperasi memberikan layanan perbankan, berupa Setoran BBM/ Non BBM, Setoran Penerimaan Negara, dan Setoran Debitur untuk Pembayaran Angsuran.
“Operasional akan kembali berjalan normal pada tanggal 3 Januari 2017. Kami pun menyiapkan sejumlah uang tunai untuk memenuhi kebutuhan transaksi yang diperlukan oleh masyarakat selama masa liburan akhir tahun yang kami perkirakan meningkat 7%,” ujar Kiryanto.
BNI menegaskan akan memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat yang membutuhkan uang tunai selama masa liburan Natal dan Tahun Baru tersebut. Uang tunai yang disiapkan BNI untuk memenuhi kebutuhan selama masa liburan Natal 2016 dan Tahun Baru 2017 mencapai sekitar Rp 11 triliun.

BNI Continues to Operate During Year End Break Operational Outlets in 180 Locations
Jakarta, 17 December 2016 - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI will continue to provide services to customers wishing to conduct transactions at the year-end holiday period, from December 24 2016 to January 2, 2017. Between BNI branches 79 to 182 outlets throughout Indonesia are prepared to continue to operate during the Christmas 2016 and New Year's Eve 2017 holiday period.
BNI Corporate Secretary Kiryanto noted in Jakarta on Thursday (December 15th 2016). Throughout the year-end holiday period, BNI will only close its whole operation on December 25, 2016 during the celebration of Christmas 2016, and December 1 to January 2, 2017 in anticipation of New Year 2017.
According Kiryanto, limited BNI operations has been implemented since Muslim holiday celebrating Prophet Muhammad’s birthday on Monday, December 12, 2016. As many as 79 outlets remained operational, providing services, such as fuel (BBM)/non-fuel deposit service, account deposit/withdrawal, Transfer Between Accounts, and State Revenue deposit.
Limited operations in as many as 79 outlets were also held on Monday, December 26, 2016 with the celebration of Christmas 2016. Services provided include deposit/withdrawal /transfer, fuel (BBM)/non-fuel deposit, as well as State Revenue Deposit.
Limited operations were also carried out on Saturday December 31, 2016. About 182 outlets remained opened to provide banking services, such as fuel (BBM)/non-fuel deposit, State Revenue Deposit, and Debtor Loan Payment.
"Operations will return to normal on January 3, 2017. We are also preparing cash to meet the needs of the transaction required by the public during the year-end holiday period, which we estimate will increase by 7%," said Kiryanto.
BNI confirmed it would meet the needs of people who require cash during Christmas and New Year, which BNI estimated would reach Rp 11 trillion.
