The Company received The Best CEO of The Most Sustainable Bank award from TEMPO-IDNFinancials in the TOP CEO INDONESIA 2023 event.
TOP CEO INDONESIA 2023 is a prestigious award for CEOs of Public Listed Companies (Tbk) for their achievements and success in leading the company in financial aspect and social impact.
This appreciation goes through a number of stages of data collection and research, including financial statements and corporate sustainability, as well as face-to-face or virtual interviews with CEOs.
BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said the implementation of sustainable finance is one of BNI's efforts to be able to achieve long-term beneficial economic and company performance.
"We appreciate TEMPO and IDN Financials. Hopefully this award will further encourage us to achieve sustainable development goals or SDGs in the future," said Okki.
As one of the First Movers on Sustainable Finance in Indonesia, Okki explained that the company has been proactive in assisting the government in developing MSMEs.
