BNI Won Awards from Euromoney Cash Management Survey 2023 and Alpha Southeast Asia Awards 2023

15/12/2023. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI is committed to strengthening cash management services and strengthening transaction banking functions. BNI also succeeded in receiving awards from the Euromoney Cash Management Survey 2023 and the Alpha Southeast Asia Awards 2023.

The company is known to have won two awards from the Government and Public Services industry sector in the Market Leader and Best Service categories and also from the Real Estate and Construction industry sector in the Market Leader category from the Euromoney Cash Management Survey 2023.

In the meantime, at the Alpha Southeast Asia Awards 2023, BNI received the Best Banking API Solution in Indonesia award in the Transaction Banking category.

BNI Digital and Integrated Transaction Banking Director Corina Leyla Karnalies said the company appreciates Euromoney Cash Management and Alpha Southeast Asia for the awards given.

"Of course we are continuously committed to improving customer service to always be able to provide a greater added value in cash management needs strengthening transaction banking functions," she said.

Corina explained that BNI continues to encourage the performance of the innovative digital solution BNIDirect to provide the best cash management services for institutional customers. Meanwhile, until November 2023, Cash Management transactions will grow by 20% YoY to reach IDR 4,991 trillion thanks to BNIDirect.

The company has digital solutions that make customers more comfortable making transactions and placing their funds with the company.

The BNI API Portal has also been equipped with superior features that can improve service quality and strengthen the portal's appeal for developers.
