PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI is committed to providing the best service to customers by continuing to serve requests for People's Business Credit (KUR) and BNI Entrepreneurship (BWU) contracts during the joint leave 2023 and Christmas holidays on December 26, 30 and 31, 2023.
This was done in order to support the government's commitment to encouraging national economic recovery.
BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo revealed that BNI is working to make it easier for customers during the joint leave 2023 and Christmas holidays to still be able to conduct KUR and BWU transactions, including to processing applications, signing credit agreements and other transactions related to loans.
“BNI Branch Offices serve the needs of loan contract signings, especially KUR and BWU. "The KUR contract can be carried out on Saturdays or Sundays or holidays," he said, Friday (22/12/2023).
Okki explained that BNI also continues to provide access to information through the nearest BNI Branch Office, BNI Call 1500046, and the official BNI website at www.bni.co.id.
"Customers are expected to be able to utilize this facility to obtain information related to KUR and BWU," he said.
According to Okki, BNI plans to distribute IDR 18 trillion in KUR throughout 2023. Until December 21, 2023, the company successfully distributed KUR totaling IDR 17.82 trillion, or 99% of the target. Apart from KUR, the realization of BWU distribution up to December 21, 2023 is IDR 2.4 trillion.
"Through the distribution of KUR and BWU, we are trying to encourage business actors to develop their businesses while supporting Indonesia's economic growth," said Okki.
