26/12/2023. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI is committed to always being present in serving customers by providing various digital transaction services during the Christmas 2023 and New Year 2024 (Nataru) holidays.
BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo confirmed that digital transaction services such as the use of QRIS, TapCash, Debit Cards and BNI Credit Cards can still be done by utilizing the BNI Mobile Banking channel.
"We realize that people's financial transaction needs during the holidays will be high, so BNI is still present to serve customers, all BNI channels are ready to facilitate transactions," he said on Sunday (24/12/2023).
Okki said, BNI Mobile Banking offers various services such as balance information, transfers, telephone bill payments, credit cards, plane tickets, credit purchases, opening Taplus accounts and deposits, e-wallet top ups (TapCash, LinkAja, GoPay, ShopeePay, OVO, DANA, i.Saku), to shopping payments using QRIS.
BNI also has TapCash which can be used as electronic money instead of cash and can be used for toll payments and parking while traveling.
The Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) feature in BNI Mobile Banking can be used to pay for transactions at various tourist and culinary attractions.
No less important, BNI also offers various appealing deals in the form of discounts and cashback of up to IDR 1.2 million for transactions on BNI Credit Cards and the BNI Mobile Banking platform for purchasing services at KAI, Batik Air, Tiket.com, and Traveloka.

During the holiday season, Okki stated, BNI will also continue to provide services to customers on a limited basis, such as accepting fuel oil (BBM) deposits and paying taxes through the implementation of Limited Operations to meet PT Pertamina's request.
