(14/6/2024) - JAKARTA - In line with the Eid al-Adha 1445 H and joint leave which falls on June 17 and 18, 2024, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI will implement limited operational activities in providing services to customers.
BNI Network and Services Director, Ronny Venir, conveyed that the limited operational service is carried out in order to fulfill the request of PT Pertamina (Persero) for the receipt of Pertamina fuel deposits on National Holidays and Joint Leave in 2024.
"In the implementation of Limited Operations for the Eid al-Adha 1445 H Holiday, BNI will continue to operate its office network at 21 Outlets on June 17, 2024 and 22 Outlets on June 18, 2024, which will operate from Medan City to Jayapura City," said Ronny.
The transactions served include Pertamina BBM Payment Deposits through the Pertamina H2H OPBS system. In the future, in order to implement shifting to digital to carry out Pertamina BBM redemption transactions, customers can do so through the BNIDirect channel.
"BNI is committed to continuing to provide services to customers on a limited basis, including receiving fuel deposits through the implementation of Limited Operations. During the Eid al-Adha holiday, customers can still use BNI Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, ATM, and other digital services," concluded Ronny.
