BNI Opens Registration for SOE Free Homecoming 2026, Departing March 17

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BNI, is participating in the SOE 2026 Free Homecoming BUMN program, initiated by the State-Owned Enterprises Regulatory Agency (BP BUMN). Registration is open from February 27 to March 9, 2026, or until the quota is filled. The departure date is March 17, 2026.

BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said that BNI's participation in this program is a form of the company's contribution in supporting the smooth flow of Eid homecoming traffic while providing a safe and comfortable alternative mass transportation for the public.

"This SOE Free Homecoming Program is a real contribution from BNI in supporting public mobility during the Eid al-Fitr period while also helping to reduce traffic congestion by providing safe and comfortable mass transportation," Okki said in a written statement.

This year's program includes routes from Jakarta to Purwokerto, Jakarta to Semarang, Jakarta to Yogyakarta (via Solo), and Jakarta to Malang (via Surabaya). All trips utilize the Cikampek and Trans Java toll roads, with exits at the respective destination cities.

To participate in this program, participants must meet several requirements, including being an active BNI customer, a BNI debtor, or an Agen46 agent. Registration is available through BNI branches in the Greater Jakarta area, requiring an original and photocopy of their ID card and the wondr by BNI application. Participants are also required to follow BNI's official social media accounts. Each customer can register a maximum of four participants, with each ticket valid for one person.

BNI hopes this program will provide a more orderly and organized homecoming experience, while also helping reduce the risks of traveling by land using private vehicles, which often trigger traffic congestion and the potential for accidents.

"We hope this program can provide a safer, more comfortable, and more enjoyable homecoming travel experience for travelers this Eid season," Okki emphasized.

As a state-owned bank, BNI stated that it will continue to contribute through various social programs and public services that provide added value to the community. Participation in the SOE Free Homecoming 2026 program is expected to help people celebrate Eid al-Fitr with their families in their hometowns more safely and comfortably.
