BNI Preparing Limited Services for Eid Holiday, Dozens of Outlets Remain Open

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BNI, is ensuring that customers' transaction needs remain met during the Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijri holiday by implementing limited operational services at several branch offices. This measure is being taken to ensure the smooth operation of essential transactions during the national holiday period.

BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said the limited operational services are part of BNI's commitment to remain present to serve customer needs, especially during important moments such as the Eid holiday.

"This limited operational service is being prepared so that people can continue to conduct essential banking transactions during the Eid al-Fitr holiday period," Okki said in a written statement.

BNI has prepared 23 outlets for limited operations on March 20, 2026, and 32 outlets on March 23, 2026, with service hours from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. local time. Through this service, the public can still conduct various transactions, such as Pertamina fuel deposits, Bulog deposits, state revenue deposits, and deposits, withdrawals, and transfers between BNI accounts, with a maximum limit of IDR 25 million per account per day.

In addition to branch services, BNI is also ensuring operational support for transaction needs during the Eid holiday period. The company has prepared O-Branch services, or BNI Mobile Banking, located at several strategic locations to reach the public, especially in areas without BNI ATMs or CRM facilities.

Okki emphasized that the provision of this service is a manifestation of BNI's commitment to serving customers wholeheartedly, even during the long holiday period.

"BNI continues to strive to ensure that the public continues to receive safe and convenient banking services. This aligns with our commitment to always be present and provide wholehearted service to our customers in all situations, including during the Eid al-Fitr holiday," explained Okki.

In addition to limited operational services, BNI also urges the public to utilize digital banking channels available 24 hours a day, such as the wondr by BNI application, BNIdirect, ATMs, and various other electronic banking services.

"We encourage the public to utilize BNI's digital services, which can be accessed anytime and anywhere, to support smooth transactions during the Eid holiday," Okki said.

This step also underscores BNI's commitment to providing the best possible service to customers with a spirit of wholehearted service.
