PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI) reaffirms its commitment to promoting gender equality through various inclusive workplace policies and community empowerment programs. BNI Deputy President Director Alexandra Askandar stated that BNI continues to implement policies that provide equal opportunities for all employees regardless of gender.

The company has also introduced an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support employees’ physical, mental, and financial well-being, and has implemented flexible work arrangements.
In addition to internal policies, BNI also strengthens the role of women through the establishment of Srikandi BNI as a strategic platform for developing women’s leadership. This initiative fosters collaboration and creativity, enhances the capabilities of female employees, and expands their opportunities to assume leadership positions across various levels of the organization.
