BNI Implements Limited Operations to Ensure Optimal Service

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BNI, has confirmed that banking services will remain available during the Labor Day holiday on Saturday, May 2, 2026, through limited operations at select branches and the optimization of digital channels.

BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said this measure was taken to ensure the smooth flow of transactions for the public during the national holidays designated by the government.

“BNI is committed to continuing to provide banking services to the public, particularly to meet transaction needs during national holidays such as Labor Day,” Okki said in a written statement.

BNI has arranged for 16 branches to operate on a limited basis on May 2, 2026, with service hours from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. local time. During this period, customers will still be able to conduct various essential transactions, such as Pertamina fuel deposits, Bulog deposits, government revenue payments, as well as deposit, cash withdrawal, and inter-account transfer services within BNI, with a maximum limit of IDR25 million per account per day.

In addition to services at branch offices, BNI also ensures that all digital channels remain fully operational 24 hours a day. Customers can access a variety of transaction services through the wondr by BNI app, BNIdirect, ATMs, and other electronic banking services.

Okki added that the use of digital services has become the primary solution for people to continue conducting transactions conveniently without having to visit a branch office.

“Customers can take advantage of BNI’s 24/7 digital services to handle their various transaction needs more easily, quickly, and securely during the holiday season,” said Okki.

For more information, customers can contact BNI Call at 1500046 or visit BNI’s official website at www.bni.co.id.
