Visitors to the Lampung Financial Festival 2026 Enthusiastically Try Out BNI's Digital Services

The Lampung Financial Festival 2026, supported by PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI), received a positive response from the younger generation. In addition to featuring various financial education activities, the event offered visitors the opportunity to experience a range of digital services firsthand at the available booths.

One of the visitors, Dina, a student at Saburai University, found the event engaging because it addressed themes relevant to Generation Z and was presented through various interactive activities.

“The event was really interesting, and the theme was relevant to Gen Z. It wasn’t monotonous, and there were plenty of cool booths to visit,” said Dina.

According to Dina, the BNI booth was one that caught her eye. She took the opportunity to try out BNI's digital services and open an account via the wondr by BNI app.

“One of them was the BNI booth. I opened a wondr by BNI account, immediately downloaded the wondr by BNI app, registered, and the account was instantly active,” said Dina.

In addition to digital account opening services, BNI was also offering a range of programs for visitors to the Lampung Financial Festival 2026. Through the "Payung" Program, new-to-bank (NTB) customers who opened an account with a minimum initial deposit of IDR 300,000 had the chance to receive coffee cashback or participate in a spin-the-wheel game.

Meanwhile, through the "Be Nice" program, new customers who opened a Taplus Muda account with a minimum initial deposit of IDR 100,000 received coffee cashback. The BNI booth also featured coffee services from partners and health check-up facilities for visitors, in collaboration with BNI Life.

This experience showed how digital services can make it easier for the public—particularly the younger generation—to access banking services. BNI’s participation in the Lampung Financial Festival 2026 was also part of an effort to expand financial literacy and inclusion through education combined with hands-on experience.

As a state-owned enterprise within Indonesia's Danantara ecosystem, BNI continues to strengthen its service transformation to meet evolving public needs while supporting the expansion of financial access.

This spirit aligns with BNI's eight-decade journey through the Swadharma Bhakti Nagara value, which places service to the community and the nation as an important part of every service development and innovation.

Through its support for the Lampung Financial Festival 2026, BNI aimed to bring financial services closer to the younger generation while helping them understand and utilize digital services more wisely for both daily needs and future planning.
