BNI and Pajakind Integrate Digital Banking and Tax Services for SMEs

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BNI, has partnered with PT Solusi Anak Negeri, or Pajakind, to make it easier for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to manage their business transactions and tax obligations digitally.

The partnership between the BNIdirect Business program and Pajakind was formalized with the signing of a cooperation agreement at the Wholesale Innovation Hub, RDTX Square, Jakarta, recently.

BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said the collaboration is part of BNI’s efforts to expand its support for business owners through digital services that can help them manage their day-to-day business activities.

"Through our collaboration with Pajakind, we aim to make it easier for customers to digitally manage their business transaction and tax requirements, allowing business owners to focus more on growing their businesses," said Okki in a written statement.

Through BNIdirect Business, customers can manage their accounts and handle various business transaction needs—ranging from balance inquiries, payroll, bill and Virtual Account (VA) payments, and tax payments to financing applications.

The service also supports both single-user and multi-user schemes—accommodating up to three users—which can be tailored to business management needs.

In the meantime, Pajakind offers a range of digital tax services, including online tax consultation, e-Billing generation and payment, digital e-Stamps, and assistance with more complex tax requirements.

The integration of these two services enables business owners to access banking and tax-related services more conveniently, supporting their day-to-day operational management.

According to Okki, this convenience is expected to help MSMEs improve administrative efficiency while strengthening business management, enabling them to grow more sustainably.

As a state-owned enterprise within Indonesia's Danantara ecosystem, BNI continues to expand collaboration with strategic partners and develop digital solutions to support the growth of MSMEs and real-sector activities.

As it enters its 80th year with the spirit of *Swadharma Bhakti Nagara*, BNI will continue to strengthen innovation and collaboration, ensuring that business players gain access to financial services that are increasingly convenient, integrated, and aligned with their business needs.
