Appreciating Customers, BNI Invites to Enjoy MotoGP from Bukit 360 Mandalika

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BNI, is offering selected customers the opportunity to watch the MotoGP Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2026 in person at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, from October 9 to 11, 2026.

Through its customer appreciation program, BNI offers the experience of watching the race from Bukit 360—an elevated area near turns 8 through 11 that provides a panoramic view of the track as well as the surrounding Mandalika area.

From this area, spectators can watch the racers in action from an elevated vantage point, set against a backdrop of rolling hills, Seger Hill, and the Indian Ocean. Bukit 360 also features three two-story pavilions that serve as viewing areas for the race.

One of the customers enjoying this benefit is Orisatia Putra, a 31-year-old entrepreneur. This year marks the fourth time he has received an invitation from BNI to watch the Mandalika MotoGP.

“It’s truly delightful and highly satisfying. This is the fourth time I’ve received tickets or an invitation from BNI to watch MotoGP at Mandalika,” said Orisatia, who attended with her parents and younger sibling.

According to Orisatia, this year's event felt more convenient, particularly regarding access to the circuit. Shuttle services and parking arrangements helped ease the journey for spectators, especially those arriving from out of town.

He also appreciated BNI's service at Bukit 360, including the facilities and the food and beverages provided during the event.

Markahasa Muda Siregar, a BNI customer who watched the race from the same area, also shared a positive impression. According to him, the Bukit 360 vantage point offers a wide view of the track, allowing for a more unobstructed and enjoyable race-watching experience.

For Markahasa, this year’s Mandalika MotoGP also serves as an opportunity to show support for Indonesian riders, particularly Mario Suryo Aji in the Moto2 class and Veda Ega Pratama in the Moto3 class. He hopes that Indonesia’s young riders will continue to develop and be able to showcase their skills on the international stage.

This program is one way BNI shows its appreciation to customers by offering experiences tailored to their interests and lifestyles.

Through various appreciation programs, BNI continues to build long-term relationships with customers that are grounded not only in banking services but also in shared experiences.

Throughout its eight-decade journey of serving Indonesia, BNI continues to strengthen services and programs that align ever more closely with customer needs, while upholding the trust built over the years.
