Perkuat Cash Management dan Port Service Financing BNI Layani 30% Penerimaan Jasa Kepelabuhanan
Nusa Dua, 12 Mei 2017 - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk atau BNI semakin memperkuat layanan perbankan dalam mendukung pengelolaan keuangan di sebagian besar pelabuhan di Indonesia. Untuk mendukung bisnis Kepelabuhanan tersebut, BNI telah membangun kerja sama dengan Pelindo I – IV dalam bi dan g Cash Management, Penerimaan Jasa Kapal dan Jasa Barang, serta dilengkapi dengan Port Service Financing bagi Pengguna Jasa Kepelabuhanan. Cash Management Services BNI didesain secara customized sesuai dengan kebutuhan Pelindo I - IV dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan pembayaran secara host to host terintegrasi sebagai solusi bisnis yang terpadu.
Dukungan BNI terhadap pengelolaan keuangan Jasa Kepelabuhanan tersebut juga ditunjukkan dengan mendukung program pemerintah dalam menekan dwelling time dan birokrasi. BNI juga hadir dan memberikan support pada acara The 30th IAPH World Port Conference di Nusa Dua, Bali, mulai Rabu (10 Mei 2017) hingga Jumat (12 Mei 2017). Hadir pada kesempatan tersebut Direktur Tresuri dan Internasional BNI Panji Irawan.
Menurut Corporate Secretary BNI Kiryanto, beberapa kerja sama yang sudah dikembangkan antara BNI dengan Pelindo I - IV antara lain adalah layanan Billing Payment Host to Host, Autocollection, Port Service Financing, Autodebet Collection melalui BNIDirect, layanan Pembayaran ke Pihak Ketiga melalui BNIDirect, kemudian Pembayaran Pajak dan Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) melalui BNIDirect, serta layanan Cash Pooling melalui BNIDirect. Dengan lengkapnya layanan tersebut, kini market share BNI dalam penerimaan jasa Kepelabuhanan mencapai 30-40%.
Dalam rangka mendukung Integrated Billing System, BNI telah mengimplementasikan sistem Host to Host Autocollection dan Billing Payment di Pelindo I - IV dengan channel antara lain: Teller BNI, ATM atau mini ATM BNI, dan Internet Banking BNI. Dengan implementasi sistem Host to Host tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam hal pelaporan, monitoring transaksi dan rekonsiliasi di Pelindo I - IV serta memberi kemudahan pembayaran bagi pengguna jasa pelabuhan.
Selain itu, BNI telah mengembangkan Port Service Financing berupa skim pembiayaan kepada pengguna jasa kepelabuhanan di Pelindo I - IV yang diintegrasikan dengan sistem penerimaan jasa kepelabuhanan. Port Service Financing tergolong baru di sektor layanan perbankan Indonesia. Port Service Financing tersebut merupakan sekumpulan layanan lengkap yang diberikan kepada pengguna jasa kepelabuhanan, mulai dari penyaluran kredit hingga kemudahan dalam pembayaran atas penggunaan jasa-jasa kepelabuhanan di Indonesia. Port Service Financing ini merupakan skim pembiayaan kepada pengguna jasa kepelabuhanan di Pelindo yang diintegrasikan dengan sistem penerimaan jasa kepelabuhanan.
“Port Service Financing yang kami siapkan ini memberikan banyak manfaat, antara lain bagi Pelindo, akan ada ketepatan atau kepastian pembayaran oleh pengguna jasa pelabuhan. Adapun bagi para pengguna jasa kepelabuhan, layanan kami ini dapat memperlancar cash flow usaha,” ujar Kiryanto.
Dukungan BNI terhadap Pelindo I - IV dalam membangun sistem terintegrasi ini adalah dengan memberikan infrastruktur dan sistem teknologi terdepan serta ditangani oleh Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) berkompetensi global, sehingga upaya untuk mengintegrasikan. Seluruh Jasa Kepelabuhan di lingkungan Pelindo I - IV dapat dicapai lebih cepat.

Strengthening Cash Management dan Port Service Financing BNI Serves 30% of Port Service Revenue

To support such Port business, BNI has established cooperation with Pelindo I – IV in the field of Cash Management, Revenue of Vessel Service and Goods Service, and completed with Port Service Financing for Port Service User. BNI Cash Management Services is custom designed in accor dan ce with the need of Pelindo I - IV in financial management and integrated host to host payment as an integrated business solution.
BNI support over the Port Service financial management is also shown by supporting government program in suppressing dwelling time and bureaucracy. BNI also presents and gives support The 30th IAPH World Port Conference event in Nusa Dua, Bali, from Wednesday (10 May 2017) to Friday (12 May 2017). According to the Corporate Secretary BNI, Kiryanto, several cooperation have been developed between BNI and Pelindo I - IV are Billing Payment Host to Host, Auto-collection, Port Service Financing, Auto-debit Collection services through BNIDirect, Payment service to Third Party through BNIDirect, then Tax Payment and Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) through BNIDirect, as well as Cash Pooling service through BNIDirect. By the complete service, BNI market share in Port service revenue reaches 30-40%.
In order to support Integrated Billing System, BNI has implemented Host to Host Auto-collection and Billing Payment systems in Pelindo I - IV with channels among other things: BNI Teller, ATM or BNI mini ATM, and BNI Internet Banking. By implementing Host to Host system, it is expected to be able to increase effectiveness and efficiency in terms of reporting, transaction monitoring and reconciliation in Pelindo I - IV and provides payment facility for port service users.
In addition, BNI has developed Port Service Financing in the form of financing scheme for port service users in Pelindo I - IV which is integrated to port service revenue system. Port Service Financing is new in Indonesian banking service sector. The Port Service Financing is a group of complete services provided for port service users, starting from credit distribution up to facility in payment upon the use of port services in This Port Service Financing is a financing scheme for port service users in Pelindo which is integrated to port service revenue system.
“The Port Service Financing we prepare provides many benefits, among other things for Pelindo, there will be payment accuracy or certainty by port service users. As for port service users, our service is able to smooth business cash flow,” said Kiryanto.
BNI support to Pelindo I - IV in developing this integrated system, is by providing an advanced infrastructure and technology system as well as handled by global competence Human Resources (HR), so the effort to integrate the Entire Port Services in Pelindo I - IV can be achieved faster.
