Younger: Cheerful and Optimistic

Jakarta, 10 December 2019 --- PRESENT at the Indonesian BNI Masters2019, Josh Younger showed a cheerful face. He is also optimistic to carve out the best achievements in the event worth US $ 750,000, which was held at Royale Jakarta Golf Club, 12-15 December. "Preparation? Certainly, very good. I feel a sweet aura here. Hopefully someday be the best, "said Younger, after trying out the RJGC on the Pro-Am tour on Tuesday (10/12).

The event was indeed not immediately over because it was postponed due to bad weather in Pondok Gede area. But, so far Younger has been pleased with his shots and his adjustments to the prestigious golf course. Younger explained his confidence increased after successfully winning the New South Wales Open on 1 December 2019. After trying out the RJGC on the Pro-Am tour, the Australian golfer, now ranked 357 in the world (Official World Golf Ranking), feels there is progress in his hit and power. "Good preparation, good feeling, and I'm ready to also do my best here, really I hope I can do my best," said Younger.

Even so Younger did not necessarily deign to estimate himself for the title. There are still many competitors who also have good skills. The competition must be tough, but how tight Younger is reluctant to predict. "The most important thing for me is to do my best and I can't wait to play the main round. Hopefully the weather supports, "he said again.

When playing Pro-Am as a warm up ahead of the main round on 12-15 December 2019, the rain had indeed flushed the RJGC. But, Younger was not disappointed. He played on 15 holes and will maintain his good mood by always relaxing and enjoying training well.

In another part, BNI Indonesian Masters 2019 was participated with 144 participants, including the best Asian golfers. Evidently, the defending champion Poom Saksansi and the runner up 2018, Jazz Janewattananond consistently performed here.

No less important was the appearance of Rori Hie, the first successful Indonesian golfer to win the Asian Tour. Yes, in September 2019, he triumphed at the Classic Golf & Country Club International Championship. Rory's ambition will be a special color in the BNI Indoesian Masters 2019 battle. There is something different in the title of BNI Indonesia Masters 2019 this time, namely Asian golfers who are increasingly brave to show off their strength. They made this event as a tour that could boost their achievements.

BNI Indonesian Masters itself is a prestigious and world class forum. That means, golfers really want to appear here because they want to raise their world ranking. So, it must be very competitive.
