Jakarta, 12 November 2019 --- Now the process of managing mortgage rights can be done online. The ease of the process was accompanied by digitizing payments from PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI). The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR / BPN) are partnered with BNI to enable the public to take care of Mortgage Rights from anywhere and at any time, and pay their fees non-cash through Electronic Mortgage Rights or HT eL.
The collaboration was marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Cooperation Agreement (PKS) related to Land Registration, Handling Assets & Collateral Problems in Jakarta, Tuesday (12 November 2019). Present at the event were the Indonesian Minister of ATR/BPN, Sofyan A Djalil, the Indonesian Deputy Minister of SOEs, Gunawan Sadikin, the Deputy Minister of SOEs, Kartika Wirjoatmodjo, and the Institutional Relations Director of BNI, Adi Sulistyowati.
Adi Sulistyowati who is familiarly called Susi said, the implementation of HT eL included registration of Mortgage Rights, roya, data exchange, and land information. BNI is ready to support the efforts of the Indonesian Ministry of ATR/BPN that continues to carry out digital innovations to improve land services to the public.
In addition to contributing to the development of the HT eL system, previously, BNI and the Ministry of ATR/BPN had collaborated in the Land Registration, Handling of BNI's Asset and Collateral Issues, data and information exchange, as well as support for BPN's national priority programs, and enhancement of HR competencies.
"BNI has also established cooperation with Ministry of ATR/BPN, starting from the Provision and Utilization of Banking Services, Acceleration of Land Rights Certification and Problem Handling with Collateral Rights of Debtors and/or BNI Guided Customers," said Susi.
As a digital bank, BNI supports the digitalization program of Ministry of ATR/BPN through the implementation of the Use of Mini ATM BNI. The Mini ATM can be used for Payment of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) of Ministry of ATR/BPN eanging from Survey Service, Measurement and Mapping, Land Registration Serice, Registration Service to Delete Mortgage Right / roya and Certificate Checking.
