BNI Deputy President Director Adi Sulistyowati said that until August 2022 the transaction volume of BNI Cash Management reached Rp3,567 trillion or grew by 37% on an annual basis (YoY), which 80% of the transaction volume was contributed by BNIDirect platform which reached Rp2,838 trillion, or grew 42% YoY.
Adi Sulistyowati, who is familiarly called Susi, explained that the main driving factor for this growth was the incessant innovation of features and services in accordance with customer needs.
By creating various attractive programs, BNI also continues to increase acquisition and encourage customer activation to transact through BNIDirect, both among corporate, commercial and small business customers.
"Of course, we will continue to push the Cash Management performance. We will spur transaction growth in BNIDirect by strengthening digital capabilities and features that can meet customer needs. We ensure that BNIDirect digital solutions can be relied upon to support increased productivity and efficiency of customers' businesses," she said.
In the future, Susi said BNI will focus on improving customer experience with several initiatives, namely providing seamless access to all business banking services such as cash management, bank guarantees, foreign exchange, supply chain, and so on, in one integrated platform.
As one of BNI's Champion products, Susi continued that BNIDirect offers a variety of benefits to clients such as Collection Management, Liquidity Management, Payment Management, Trade Online and API Open Banking to support the integration and ease of banking transactions on the customer's platform.
