BNI TapCash is a contactless payment method that allows users to make purchases at participating BNI merchants using a reloadable chip card.

  1. BNI TapCash can be owned by both BNI customers and non-customers.
  2. The regular BNI TapCash card costs Rp 30,000,-.
  3. BNI TapCash can be purchased at the following sales outlets :
    • BNI branch.
    • Merchant retail offline such as Alfamart, Alfamidi, Indomaret.
    • Official store BNI TapCash on e-Commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Blibli.
    • Vending machine on public area such as Transjakarta Bus Stops and Commuterline Stations.
    • TapCash partner merchants such as toll gates and ports.
    • Others sales partners are continuously being added.
  1. Faster payment transactions (transactions take less than 2 seconds).

  3. How To Top Up And Update Balance BNI TapCash.
    • Top Up.
      • Choose the electronic money menu on the app.
      • Choose the TapCash menu.
      • Select top up amount.
      • Make the payment.
      • The top up transaction is complete.
    • Update Balance.
      • Choose the electronic money menu on the app.
      • Choose the TapCash menu.
      • Select check balance.
      • Stick the TapCash on the back of your mobile phone (make sure has NFC feature).
      • The update balance is complete.
      *If the update balance process has not successfully added funds to the TapCash card, the cardholder may retry the balance update up to 3 times.
      **If after 3 retries the process is still unsuccessful, BNI's system will automatically refund to the source of fund top up account.
  1. Fees Top Up
    • No fees are charged for transaction made through BNI channels.

    • The partnership fee is Rp 1.500,-

  2. Limit
    • The maximum balance is Rp 2.000.000,- (two million rupiah).
    • The maximum accumulated top up per month Rp 20.000.000,- (twenty million rupiah).
    • The minimum balance is Rp 0,- (zero rupiah).
  1. General
    1. BNI TapCash is a contactless payment method that allows users to make purchases at participating BNI merchants using a reloadable chip card.
    2. Cardholder is the party who controls BNI TapCash.
    3. Transaction is a payment transaction and/or top up transaction using BNI TapCash.
    4. Purchase transaction is a process of deducting the balance on a BNI TapCash card when making a payment for goods or services purchased from a merchant.
    5. Top up transaction is a transaction to add balance to the BNI TapCash card.
    6. Print statement is the transaction history of a BNI TapCash card.
    7. Damaged card is a card that cannot be used for transactions (purchases and top up) even though the physical condition of the card is good (not broken, scratched, or exposed to heat).
  2. Condition
    1. BNI TapCash can be transferred to any party.
    2. The balance contained in BNI TapCash does not earn interest and is not guaranteed by the Indonesian Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee programme.
    3. BNI TapCash cannot be used for any other purposes other than to conduct transactions.
    4. If BNI TapCash is lost or stolen, BNI cannot block it, replace the physical card, and BNI is not obligated to return the balance.
    5. If BNI TapCash is damaged, BNI cannot block it or replace the card.
    6. Cardholder may only use BNI TapCash to make payment transactions as long as the balance in the BNI TapCash card are sufficient.
    7. Cardholder must use and/or maintain BNI TapCash in accordance with the provisions in the BNI TapCash card usage guide.
    8. Please keep BNI TapCash properly to prevent it from being damaged due to breakage, scratches, and exposure to heat.
    9. Transaction data and the BNI TapCash card balance stored in BNI are valid data and are used as a reference, unless proven otherwise by the TapCash cardholder.
  1. In the event that there are complaints and/or questions regarding BNI TapCash, cardholders may submit their complaints and/or inquiries through BNI Call 1500046 or the nearest BNI Branch.
  2. Cardholders may submit transaction complaint reports within a maximum of 30 (thirty) business days from the transaction date.
  3. Cardholders must attach the customer request and complaint form available at BNI branches and bring the physical BNI TapCash card.
  4. Complaints and/or questions regarding BNI TapCash transaction will be resolved within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) business days.
  1. By using BNI TapCash, cardholder are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all contents in this BNI TapCash terms and conditions.
  2. BNI at any time the right to make changes, additions, and/or replacements to the terms and conditions of BNI TapCash, including the type and/or form of services or the limits of BNI TapCash.
  3. Such changes, additions, and/or replacements will be notified through BNI's official channels.
  4. Card holder have the right to terminate the use of BNI TapCash at any time. Upon termination of the use of BNI TapCash, the cardholder may request a balance refund at the nearest BNI branch by filling out a request and complaint form and submitting the physical BNI TapCash card.
  5. In the event that the system/network is being upgraded, modified, and/or maintenance on scheduled basis, it will be notified through BNI's official means in accordance with the applicable regulations.
  6. In the event any difficulties in using BNI TapCash, cardholders can visit the nearest BNI branch or call BNI Call at 1500046.

      • Select the "Electronic Money" menu on the Tokopedia app.
      • Choose and/or type “TapCash” icon.
      • Select the "Scan card" menu and/or input your TapCash card number.
      • Select the top up amount.
      • Make the payment.
      • Top up transaction is succesful.
      • Click “Update Balance” to sincronize balance to the BNI TapCash card.
      • Update balance is successful, the amount of BNI TapCash will be displayed.
    2. Shopee
      • Select the "Electronic Money" menu on the Shopee app.
      • Choose and/or type “TapCash” icon.
      • Select the "Scan card" menu and/or input your TapCash card number.
      • Select the top up amount.
      • Make the payment.
      • Top up transaction is succesful.
      • Click “Update Balance” to sincronize balance to the BNI TapCash card.
      • Update balance is successful, the amount of BNI TapCash will be displayed.
      • Notes : The Shopee app is currently unable to process balance updates. Therefore, TapCash users are advised to update their balances through other available channels.
    3. Blibli
      • Select the "Electronic Money" menu on the Blibli app.
      • Choose and/or type “TapCash” icon.
      • Select the "Scan card" menu and/or input your TapCash card number.
      • Select the top up amount.
      • Make the payment.
      • Top up transaction is succesful.
      • Click “Update Balance” to sincronize balance to the BNI TapCash card.
      • Update balance is successful, the amount of BNI TapCash will be displayed.
    4. Linkaja
      • Select the "Electronic Money" menu on the Linkaja app.
      • Choose and/or type “TapCash” icon.
      • Select the "Scan card" menu and/or input your TapCash card number.
      • Select the top up amount.
      • Make the payment.
      • Top up transaction is succesful.
      • Click “Update Balance” to sincronize balance to the BNI TapCash card.
      • Update balance is successful, the amount of BNI TapCash will be displayed.
    5. Gojek
      • Select the "Electronic Money" menu on the Gojek app.
      • Choose and/or type “TapCash” icon.
      • Select the "Scan card" menu and/or input your TapCash card number.
      • Select the top up amount.
      • Make the payment.
      • Top up transaction is succesful.
      • Click “Update Balance” to sincronize balance to the BNI TapCash card.
      • Update balance is successful, the amount of BNI TapCash will be displayed.
