  1. Good Corporate Governance or abbreviated as GCG is a Bank Governance that applies the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency and fairness.
  2. GCG principles must be implemented in all activities of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, all BNI employees and all parties working for BNI.
  3. The Board of Directors is required to implement GCG principles in every BNI business activity at all levels or levels of the organization. The implementation of these GCG principles must be reflected in the regulations made and issued, in every product and service, in attitudes and actions, both externally and internally.
  4. The Board of Commissioners supervises and ensures the implementation of GCG principles in all BNI business activities at all levels of the BNI organization.
  5. GCG in its implementation must guarantee BNI ability to create superior performance and add economic value for Shareholders and Stakeholders, while ensuring that BNI operates in a disciplined manner in compliance with the law, business ethics and BNI code of ethics.
