Bank Guarantee Under Counter Guarantee
Bank Guarantee under Counter Guarantee is an international banking guarantee instrument issued on the basis of requests and counter guarantees received from correspondent Bank.
Types of Bank Guarantee Under Counter that can be issued by BNI :
- Performance Bank Guarantee.
- Advance Payment Bank Guarantee.
- Bid Bond Bank Guarantee.
- The counter guarantee issuing bank must be a BNI correspondent that has been provided with a Credit Line facility.
Is a facility for adding/confirming LC/SKBDN issued by Correspondent Banks that have been provided with Commercial Line.
Is a purchase of transaction bills based on Banker's Acceptance (B/A) owned by a Correspondent Bank or BNI in connection with LC or SKBDN with discount charges without recourse.
BNI Risk Participation
Is a sale/purchase transaction of assets or claims between the Bank and domestic or foreign Correspondent Banks that meet the specified acceptance criteria.
BNI UPAS & UPAU Financing
Is a financing facility for domestic and foreign Correspondent Banks that meet the acceptance criteria, based on LC/SKBDN Usance Payable at Sight (UPAS LC/SKBDN) and Usance Payable at Usance (UPAU LC/SKBDN) transactions.
BNI Refinancing (Reimbursing Bank)
BNI can act as a Reimbursing Bank, where an Issuing Bank as a correspondent appoints BNI to make payment (reimburse) of the realization of LC.
BNI Trade Advance Financing
Is a financing facility for domestic and foreign Correspondent Banks that meet the acceptance criteria, based on LC/SKBDN transactions or invoice documents.
