9/12/2023. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI gives appreciation and loyalty to BNI account holders by presenting the BNI Shopping Race or "Shopping Paid by BNI" program.
The appreciation is given to BNI customers who always use BNI Debit Card as a transaction card at Hypermart.
According to BNI Retail Banking Director Putrama Wahju Setyawan, the goal of this initiative is to ensure that customers always see the added value of BNI savings products, as well as to raise public knowledge and preference for using BNI Debit Cards for shopping, particularly for daily needs.
"The promo program that has been running so far is expected to help the government program to reduce the circulation of cash," he said.
Putrama said, this year's BNI Shopping Race is held in eight cities namely Gresik, Bengkulu, Sampit, Kupang, Sidorajo, Pekanbaru, Panakukang Makassar, and Banjarmasin. Shopping Race participants are also eight BNI customers who have registered and shopped with the highest shopping transaction value from October 01 to November 30, 2023. The shopping race program runs from December 9 to December 16, 2023.
The race is conducted in two rounds, each round followed by four customers. Each participant will be the winner of the race and get a prize in each round, namely first place to fourth place.
In the Shopping Race, which is held for three minutes per round, customers compete to load their shopping cart with the most valuable items. The first place winner will be rewarded with payment for the groceries taken worth IDR 1,250,000, the second place IDR 900,000, the third place IDR 600,000, and the fourth place IDR 300,000.
In addition, BNI and Hypermart have run an IDR 30,000 Product Gift promo program that applies on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Promo is valid for a minimum shopping transaction of IDR 750,000 with BNI Debit Card.
