15/03/2024. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI proactively continues to provide the best integrated and digital wholesale solution services for customers.
This commitment has led BNI to win the Marketeers OMNI Brands of the Year 2024 Award in the Innovative Digital Operation category through the Health Operational Assistance (BOK) Digitization program.
This award was presented directly by Marketeers to SEVP BNI Digital Business Rian Eriana Kaslan at the Marketeers Omni Brands of The Year 2024 Award event in Jakarta, Wednesday (13/3/2024).
In a written statement, BNI Digital & Integrated Transaction Banking Director Hussein Paolo Kartadjoemena said, the award is a clear proof of BNI's commitment in providing integrated and digital services for wholesale customers.
“BNI is committed to providing integrated and digital wholesale solution services to the Ministry of Health in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the distribution of BOK funds which have an impact on improving the quality of health services at Puskesmas,” said Paolo.
The BOK Digitalization Program is also considered to have been proven to increase the accountability of the distribution of BOK funds and facilitate the monitoring of the distribution and absorption of BOK Puskesmas funds.
“We will continue to innovate to provide the best solutions for customers and improve our competitiveness in order to always be able to provide the best digital wholesale services for customers,” Paolo said.
As for now, around 95% or around 9,000 Puskesmas throughout Indonesia have been digitized using BNIDirect or BNI Virtual Account cards.
Marketeers OMNI Brands of The Year 2024 itself is an award event from Marketeers for brands or companies that over the past year have been successful in taking an omni channel marketing approach, be it products, services, marketing communications, company activations, and so on.
“This award is proof of our commitment to continue to innovate in providing the best services for customers and the community. We will continue to contribute to the development of the nation and state, especially in improving the quality of health services in Indonesia,” he concluded.
