PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI has made an achievement by winning the award as Best Employer Brand on LinkedIn Talent Awards Indonesia 2024 for the category of companies with more than 10,000 employees. The award ceremony was held by the online professional network platform, LinkedIn on Tuesday (19/11/2024).
BNI Human Capital and Compliance Director Mucharom, welcomed the prestigious award given by Linkedin. According to him, this award is proof of the successful transformation carried out by BNI in improving work culture and performance.
“BNI's spirit of transformation has again been recognized through the LinkedIn Talent Awards Indonesia 2024. We continue to be committed to becoming a national bank that excels in service and sustainable performance by prioritizing innovation and creativity,” Mucharom said in a written statement on Thursday (21/11/2024).
LinkedIn Talent Awards are data-driven awards given by LinkedIn to companies based on their utilization of LinkedIn Talent Solutions and their activity on the LinkedIn platform.
In the LinkedIn Talent Awards 2024, BNI was recognized as one of the companies leading the future of work by demonstrating outstanding adaptability, innovation and creativity throughout the entire year, during the judging period.
The LinkedIn Insights team analyzed utilization data among all companies in participating countries using LinkedIn Talent Solutions by looking at factors such as engagement, performance, results, and impact.
As part of the effort to develop employee capabilities, BNI has launched the SkillUp! Program through the LinkedIn Learning platform in July 2024. This program is integrated into the BNI Smarter system, making it easier for employees to access business, technology and creative skills courses guided by world experts.
Optimizing LinkedIn as a corporate branding medium has also yielded significant results for BNI. Over the past year, the number of BNI LinkedIn followers increased by 55% to 573,000. In addition, visits to the job & life page increased 208%, while the number of job views jumped 3,874% to 850,600. Total engagement in BNI's LinkedIn posts reached 74,427.
In supporting the transformation of a more productive work culture, BNI continues to strive to continue the implementation of strengthening culture. The culmination, recently BNI held BNI Culture Fest 2024, one of which introduced the implementation of the Employee Wellbeing Program which is in line with similar initiatives from the Ministry of SOEs since December 2023. This program includes BNI Little Explorers daycare services, Employee Assistance Program, and retirement health funds for employees.
“BNI also made policies for employees to be more active in using LinkedIn social media in introducing BNI's culture or work culture to the general public, this has been conveyed from the employee onboarding process,” he added.
With various transformation efforts carried out, BNI is expected to become a financial institution that excels in service and sustainable performance, as well as being able to create a safe and comfortable work environment for all BNI employees. In addition, optimizing uploads on LinkedIn will boost the trust of customers and the wider community in BNI.
