Extend Driving License from Home with SINAR Pay through VA BNI

Jakarta, 13 April 2021 -- In making it easier for the public to make and extend Driving License (SIM), Korlantas Polri launches the SINAR application (SIM Nasional Presisi). The launch of this application is still in a series of the Chief of Police's Priority Program called "Presisi" namely Predictive, Responsibility, Transparency and Fairness.

KORLANTAS POLRI collaborates with BNI in facilitating online SIM PNBP payment services, through Virtual Accounts (VA) and PT Pos Indonesia for SIM delivery services to the applicant's residence.
This collaboration is one of BNI's commitments to provide the best service to the community, especially in implementing digital services that are consistently echoed by BNI.

The launching of SINAR was carried out at the Satpas Daan Mogot office and was attended by the National Police Chief, Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, the Head of Korlantas, Inspector General Police Istiono, and BNI’s President Director Royke Tumilaar.

Listyo Sigit Prabowo conveyed, before registering for SIM extension, people only need to download SINAR application which is available on the Play Store and App Store. "This Sinar application contains online SIM A & SIM C extension service without the presence of the applicant, online SIM theory test service, psychological examination service through e-ppsi application, and health check services through e-rikkes application," said Listyo Sigit Prabowo.

Royke Tumilaar said, BNI welcomes the launching of SINAR as an effort to facilitate services to the community, implementing digitization within the Police. On the other hand, this innovation also supports the Government's efforts to implement health protocols through SIM extension services from home.
BNI is ready with digital service solution for SIM payment, where SIM applicants will get BNI Virtual Account (VA) as a means of making SIM PNBP payment.

"To make it easier for the public, PNBP payment can be made through any bank, including through BNI e-channels such as ATM, BNI Mobile Banking and also through all BNI branch offices throughout Indonesia," Royke conclude.
