BNI Terbitkan TapCash RailPay, Uang Elektronik Untuk Pelanggan KAI Bisa Akses Priority Lounge
Jakarta, 19 Desember 2016 - PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) atau KAI bekerjasama dengan PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk atau BNI menerbitkan kartu TapCash RailPay. Ini merupakan terobosan baru uang elektronik dalam bentuk kartu yang disiapkan bagi pelanggan KAI, karena kartu tersebut tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai kartu pembayaran, namun juga berfungsi sebagai membership pengguna moda kereta api di Indonesia dengan segala fasilitasnya.
Achmad Baiquni menuturkan, PT KAI dan BNI bersinergi bersama-sama perbankan lainnya dengan menerbitkan RailPay sebagai alat pembayaran yang dapat digunakan diberbagai moda Transportasi serta titik akseptasi lainnya. Langkah ini merupakan salah satu bentuk dukungan terhadap program Gerakan Nasional Non Tunai (GNNT) yang digagas Bank Indonesia untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat agar membudayakan transaksi secara non tunai.
"Hal ini selaras dengan program sinergi BUMN lainnya seperti penggunaan fasilitas transaksi bersama, yang menargetkan akan mendirikan 10.000 ATM Link dan 10.000 EDC Link hingga akhir tahun 2016," tuturnya.
Kartu BNI TapCash RailPay dapat dipergunakan sebagai alat bayar, alat transaksi, dan identitas member KAI. BNI TapCash RailPay akan dapat digunakan untuk pembelian Tiket Transportasi Antar Moda (TITAM), yaitu : Tiket KA Jarak Jauh, Tiket Pesawat, Tiket Kapal Laut, Tiket Damri, KA Bandara, LRT (Light Rail Transit), RAILPAY akan mendapatkan Program Pelanggan KAI, Mileage Program, Loyalti Program, dan Promo Program.
BNI TapCash RailPay dapat juga digunakan untuk bertransaksi di berbagai fasilitas publik. Pada fasilitas Transportasi & Parkir, BNI TapCash RailPay dapat dipakai pada kereta Commuterline Jabodetabek, Bus Transjakarta, e-Parking Reska, Transjogya, Terminal Parkir Elektronik DKI Jakarta, Parkir T3 Ultimate Bandara Soekarno Hatta.
Adapun pada objek-objek wisata, BNI TapCash RailPay menemani pemiliknya untuk bertransaksi di Snowbay Waterpark, Pesona Waterpark, The Jungle, Taman Legenda TMII, Bojonegoro Funtasy, dan Alfamart.
Untuk mendapatkan TapCash RAILPAY, pelanggan KAI harus terdaftar di aplikasi Mobile KAI Access dan melakukan pembelian tiket KA Jarak Jauh dengan jumlah transaksi tertentu. Pelanggan KAI akan memperoleh 4 pilihan kartu BNI TapCash RailPay, yaitu Kartu Regular, Premium, Gold, dan Platinum.
Kartu TapCash RAILPAY Regular merupakan kartu untuk member biasa dengan fasilitas standar. Kartu ini diberikan kepada Pelanggan yang telah terdaftar di KAI Access dengan kriteria tertentu. Pemegang kartu Regular akan mendapatkan Fitur Layanan Pelanggan, Fitur Layanan Antar Moda dan Fitur Pembayaran.
Kartu TapCash RAILPAY Premium adalah Upgrade dari Kartu Regular setelah Pelanggan mencapai Mileage tertentu. Pemiliknya akan mendapatkan Fitur Layanan Pelanggan, Fitur Layanan Antar Moda dan Fitur Pembayaran, serta mendapatkan privilege layanan seperti executive lounge di Stasiun, priority queue di loket dan boarding.
Adapun, Kartu TapCash RAILPAY Gold merupakan Kartu untuk member VIP - Mendapatkan Fitur Layanan Antar Moda dan Fitur Pembayaran. Kartu dengan benefit terlengkap adalah Kartu TapCash RAILPAY Platinum, yaitu Kartu untuk member VVIP, dimana pemiliknya akan Mendapatkan Fitur Layanan Antar Moda dan Fitur Pembayaran, serta mendapatkan privilege layanan seperti executive lounge di Stasiun, priority queue di loket dan boarding.

BNI Launched TapCash RailPay, Electronic Cash for KAI Customers To Access Priority Lounge
Jakarta, 19 December 2016 - PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or KAI is collaborating with PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI to issue TapCash RailPay card. The new electronic money cards breakthrough prepared for KAI customers will not only serve as payment cards, but also as membership cards for railway users in Indonesia, including its facilities.
The launch of BNI TapCash RailPay was held in Jakarta on Monday (December 19th 2016). Minister of State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) RI Rini Soemarno, PT KAI President Director Edi Sukmoro, BNI Director Achmad Baiquni, and directors of state-owned banks (Himbara) attended the launching event. In publishing BNI RailPay TapCash, PT KAI serves with BNI as an issuer of electronic money TapCash card.
Achmad Baiquni noted that PT KAI and BNI synergized with other RailPay issuing banks to facilitate a means of payment for various modes of transportation and acceptance points. This step is a form of support for the National Non-Cash Movement (GNNT) program initiated by Bank Indonesia to provide education to communities and cultivate non-cash transactions.
"This is consistent with other SOE programs, such as the use of synergized transaction facilities, which aims to set up 10,000 Link ATMs and 10,000 Link EDCs by the end of 2016," he said.
BNI TapCash RailPay card can be used as a means of payment and transaction, as well as identity card for KAI members. BNI TapCash RailPay will be used to purchase tickets Mode Transport Inter (TITAM), such as Long Distance train tickets, plane tickets, ferry tickets, Damri tickets, Airport railway service, and LRT (Light Rail Transit). RAILPAY users will be able to enjoy KAI Customer Program, Mileage Program, Loyalty Program, and Promo Program.
BNI TapCash RailPay may also be used for transactions at various public facilities, such as train Commuterline Jabodetabek, Transjakarta, e-Parking Reska, Transjogya, Terminal Jakarta Electronic Parking, and Parking T3 Ultimate Soekarno Hatta Airport.
BNI TapCash RailPay is also available for payment at tourist spots, such as Snowbay Waterpark, Waterpark Enchantment, The Jungle, Wildlife Legend TMII, Bojonegoro Funtasy, and Alfamart.
The same card may also be used when paying road tolls, such as Urban Toll, JORR, Tol Jakarta, Tangerang, Tol Jakarta Cikarang, Tol BORR, Purbaleunyi Toll, Toll palimanan, Tol Pejagan Pemalang, Tol Surabaya, Gresik, Waru Sidoarjo, Tol Bali Mandara, Tol Makassar, followed immediately Tol Jombang Kertosono (Joker), Tol Surabaya Gempol (Surgem), and Toll Surabaya, Mojokerto (Sumo).
To get TapCash RailPay, the customer must be registered via Mobile KAI Access application and purchase long distance train tickets accompanied by several other transactions. KAI customers will receive a choice of 4 BNI TapCash RailPay card: Regular, Premium, Gold, or Platinum.
Regular BNI TapCash RailPay offers regular members with standard amenities. This card is given to customers who have registered at KAI Access and fulfilled certain criteria. Regular cardholders will be able to access Customer Service, Inter-Mode services, and Payment Features.
BNI TapCash RailPay Premium is an upgrade from Regular card after a customer reached a certain mileage. Cardholders will be able to have access to Customer Service, Inter-Mode services, and Payment features, as well as privileged services, such as executive lounge access at the station, and priority queuing at the counter and boarding.
Meanwhile, BNI TapCash RailPay Gold is a card for VIP members including Inter-Mode service and payment features. Cards with the most complete benefit is BNI TapCash RailPay Platinum card for VVIP members, where cardholders will receive Inter-Mode services and Payment Feature, as well as privileged services, such as access to executive lounge at the station, and priority queuing at the counter and boarding.
BNI ensure TapCash RailPay card can be recharged easily via ATMs carrying the TapCash logo, BNI branches, SMS Banking, Alfamart, Transjakarta bus, and Commuter Line Jabodetabek ticket counter at various train stations.
