The Company sees enormous cooperation opportunities that can be created to strengthen the economies of both countries.

This time, BNI is supporting a cultural festival titled Indonesia by the Harbor which is a collaboration between the Indonesian Consulate General in Sydney, BNI, and Garuda Indonesia.

The festival was held on November 25, 2023 at Circular Quay Sydney, which was transformed into a magnificent stage with Indonesian nuances.

The Indonesian Cultural Festival by the Harbour is not only open to the Indonesian Diaspora but also to the entire Sydney community.

Indonesian Consulate General in Sydney Vedi Kurnia Buana said BNI has an important function in bridging the Indonesia-Australia bilateral relationship that has been well established so far.

"We believe that Indonesia by The Harbor will inspire more Indonesian diasporas to help strengthen bilateral relations, while also exploring opportunities for Indonesia-Australia commercial development. BNI's Xpora program also allows local Indonesian MSMEs to present their best products to the Australian market," he explained.

Some of the superior products from BNI Xpora MSMEs that will be displayed at the exhibition at this event are mostly processed foods that have been curated and adjusted to the applicable provisions in the Australian market, starting from packaging that already uses English, displays nutrition facts, and other provisions.

The superior products from BNI Xpora MSMEs are guaranteed to be export worthy because they have previously been exported to several Indonesian trading partner countries.

"We hope this event opens the door for Indonesian MSME products to enhance their exposure in the global market," he said.

Silvano continued that the company also provides basic coaching support and has been engaged in distributing diaspora loans since 2021.
