Providing Different Experience, BNI Inaugurates UI Depok Branch Office

14/01/2024. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI proactively collaborates with the academic community to expand banking services through the inauguration of the BNI Branch Transformation Branch Office (KC) UI Depok.

The inauguration was attended by BNI Network and Services Director Ronny Venir, at BNI KC UI Depok, West Java, Friday (12/1/2024).

Ronny disclosed that the UI Depok Branch Office has a new layout, character, and digital concept to continue providing exceptional service, supporting the smooth activities of the UI academic community and customers around UI, and implementing government initiatives to drive digital transactions.

As of the end of 2023, 129 Outlets have implemented a new format with a digital-based service concept which is divided into five outlet formats namely Super Flagship, Business Flagship, Digital First, Thematic and Smart Conventional.

Super Flagship outlet handles practically all financial activities. While Business Flagship outlet serves as an integrated service center for the business community. Thematic outlet offers a more in-depth experience based on the location’s theme. Digital first is designed for fast moving customer services and finally, Smart Conventional, has no significant layout changes but is outfitted with BNI digital machines that are ready to answer customer needs in banking transactions.

"Especially for the UI Branch Office, we transformed it to the Business Flagship format. This concept is to provide complete services according to customer needs," he said.

"This is in line with changes in customer behavior in transactions," added him.

In line with this, Ronny said, BNI UI Branch Office offers a more modern outlet equipped with several digital machines such as ATM, CRM, SPRINT, and DigiCS allowing customers to open accounts through the BNI DigiCS machine and BNI Digital Opening Account (DAO) without having to queue at the Customer Service officer. Customers can also print account mutations through BNI SPRINT, deposits and withdrawals through ATM/CRM machines, and ease of banking transactions through self-service BNI Mobile Banking.

"BNI UI Depok Branch Office is ready to provide a different experience for customers compared to before," he said.

Not only that, Ronny added, in the Banking Hall area there is also a vending machine for customers who are queuing and want to buy drinks and snacks, of course, with quick payment options using QRIS BNI Mobile Banking, which users own.

"Hopefully the partnership that has been carried out so far can continue to increase and have a positive impact on all parties," he concluded.
