BNI Ensures Services Ready to Welcome Eid al-Fitr 2024

06/04/2024. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI ensures operational readiness and outlet services in welcoming Eid al-Fitr 1445 H or Lebaran 2024.

BNI has prepared 1,781 outlets consisting of 195 Branch Offices, 1,586 Sub-Branch Offices, and 192 BNI Mobile Services (O-Branch). BNI also ensures that services from 191,085 Agen46 and 13,390 ATMs/CRMs will continue to operate during this year's Eid holiday.

BNI Network & Services Director Ronny Venir said that Lebaran, which is synonymous with the homecoming tradition, will certainly increase the public's need for banking services.

"We want to make sure smooth transactions for customers and the public have during Eid 2024. BNI is ready to service through a variety of channels, including outlets, O-Branch, Agen46, ATM/CRM, and BNI Mobile Banking," said Ronny.

Furthermore, Ronny explained, BNI branches will continue to operate on a limited basis to serve the transaction needs of customers and the Indonesian public.

Specifically, for BNI Mobile Services or O-Branch which is conceptualized as a Mobile Banking Cafe, it will also be placed at strategic points on the homecoming route during the homecoming and return flows.

A total of 11 O-Branches will be placed on the homecoming routes, 13 in rest areas, one in a tourist spot, and two in terminals to serve public transactions.

Agen46 is also ready to serve people in various regions with services such as account opening, cash withdrawals, cash deposits, transfers, bill payments, credit purchases, and TapCash top-ups during the Eid holiday.

In addition, Ronny continued, BNI is also preparing the BNI CX Center which will operate 24 hours in providing online complaint services to serve and assist the community during the Eid holiday allowing Voice of Customer can be served through various channels.

"We hope that the public can experience BNI's wonderful services wherever and whenever they celebrate victory with their families this year," he said.
