BNI and Telkomsel Strengthen Synergy Through Reciprocal Cooperation for Employees

26/04/2024. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI and PT Telekomunikasi Selular or Telkomsel have once again strengthened their synergy by establishing reciprocal cooperation aimed specifically at employees of the two companies.

This collaboration is marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during the BNI - Telkomsel Courtesy Meeting. This MoU entails cooperation in integrated cash management services, employee benefits, and BNI subsidiary facilities, as well as telecommunications access services for Indihome, E+, KV, and Landing Page products tailored to employees.

BNI, as Telkomsel's strategic partner, will provide employee benefit facilities and ease of salary management bundled with consumer credit facilities with special programs to all Telkomsel employees.

The MoU was signed by BNI Division Head Corporate Banking 3 Dipo Nugroho, Telkomsel People Experience Management VP Deni Abidin, Telkomsel Synergy Management VP Budi Mulia, and Telkomsel Corporate Account Management VP Ceppy Hermana.

The event was witnessed by BNI Director of Wholesale & International Banking Agung Prabowo, SEVP Corporate Banking Pancaran Affendi and Telkomsel Human Capital Management Director R Muharam Perbawamukti.

In his remarks, BNI Wholesale & International Banking Director Agung Prabowo, shared that this collaboration is a form of BNI's commitment to provide comprehensive financial services solutions (one stop financial solution) to Telkomsel, both corporately and consumer.

"We hope that this cooperation can be a continuous series for BNI to be able to increase synergy by providing added value to top tier customers such as Telkomsel," Agung said.

In line with Agung, Telkomsel Human Capital Management Director R. Muharam Perbawamukti added, this cooperation is part of the synergy between SOEs in accordance with the direction of the Minister of SOEs so that each SOE can provide mutual benefits through reciprocal cooperation that provides benefits for all parties.

"We hope that this kind of cooperation can provide the best services and products that can be utilized by companies and employees both for their daily needs and future planning," Muharam concluded.
