BNI and UNUD Synergy, Providing Multifunction Student Cards

02/05/2024. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI continues to strengthen its commitment to providing comprehensive financial services in the university environment.

This time, BNI has established cooperation with Udayana University (UNUD) through the signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) on the Issuance and Management of UNUD Co-Branding Student Identity Cards (KTM) and the Issuance of Co-Branding Membership Cards (KTA) for the Udayana University Alumni Association (IKAYANA), at the UNUD Campus, Bali on Friday (26/4/2024).

Present at the event were UNUD Chancellor Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana, IKAYANA Chairman Ida Bagus Rai Dharmawijaya Mantra, Institutional Banking Director Munadi Herlambang, Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs I Ketut Sudarsana, Vice Chancellor for Planning, Cooperation and Information I Putu Gede Adiatmika, and BNI Head of Institutional Banking Division 2 Efrizal.

BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said that this collaboration aims to strengthen UNUD's financial system and provide convenience for students and alumni in conducting financial transactions.

This Co-Branding KTM and KTA will function as an ATM, TapCash, and can also be used for various other banking services, such as consumer product services and consumer lending facilities.

"Through this program, BNI is committed to providing reliable and trustworthy solutions for UNUD students and alumni in managing their finances," said Okki.

Okki added, this collaboration is a deliberate initiative by BNI to enhance students' wellbeing and financial security. It is hoped that this collaboration can provide significant benefits for their financial future.

Previously, BNI and UNUD have partnered in various fields, including student UKT payments through Virtual Accounts and SPC, cash management systems, use of VA Debit, employee payroll management, consumer loans for employees, affinity credit cards, the use of EDC and QRIS.

"This collaboration is expected to provide financial transactional solutions for UNUD, educational payment solutions for students, payments in the campus ecosystem, and financing solutions for employee and student needs," said Okki. (*)
