(7/7/2024) - JAKARTA - BNI Loudfest Vol.3 2024 which was held at Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK), Senayan, Jakarta, on Saturday (6/7/2024) left a deep impression on PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI) employees or known as BNI Hi-Movers.
This musical performance, enlivened by renowned musicians, not only presented spectacular musical performances, but also showed BNI's commitment to maintaining the beauty of SUGBK with comprehensive mitigation measures before, during and after the event.
BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said that BNI is fully aware that the use of SUGBK for an event as huge as BNI Loudfest Vol.3 2024 requires special handling so as not to leave a negative impact on the condition of the stadium.
"BNI has made various mitigation efforts to ensure the quality of the SUGBK field and infrastructure remains well maintained," said Okki.
BNI has used high-quality grass cover that meets international standards to protect the grass during the pre-event. In addition, thorough preparation and field inspection to ensure optimal grass conditions were also carried out before the event began.
During the event, monitoring of the field conditions to ensure no damage occurs was also carried out continuously. The grass cover was kept in place to protect it from activity throughout the even.
After the event, intensive care, including fertilization, watering, and special aeration were also carried out immediately, particularly since the SUGBK field is being renovated. "This effort is made to ensure that the field conditions are optimal again and ready to be used for international football matches," said Okki.
In addition to focusing on the quality of the field, BNI was committed to keeping SUGBK clean by providing appropriate trash bins on each side of the stadium. The cleaning crew was dispatched to clean the whole GBK area following the event, both inside and outside the stadium, including the stands, parking lot, and restrooms.
BNI Hi-Movers also played an active role in maintaining cleanliness by disposing of trash in its place during the event. Cleaning crew maintained strict surveillance throughout the area to ensure cleanliness and that no waste collects.
After Loudfest Vol.3 2024, BNI also ensured that all SUGBK infrastructures were in good condition. BNI conducted a thorough inspection of facilities at SUGBK such as spectator seats, toilets, and other areas.
