President Jokowi Visits BNI Digital Banking Cafe, Banking Services More Accessible and Covenient at IKN

13/08/2024. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI continues to expand the reach of digital-based services. BNI together with the Ministry of PUPR and the IKN Authority officially opened the BNI Digital Banking Cafe at Tower 6 the ASN Residence 4, the Capital City of Nusantara (IKN).

The opening ceremony, which was attended by President Joko Widodo and the ministers of the Kabinet Indonesia Maju, marked an important milestone in the development of banking services in Indonesia's new center of government.

Also present on the occasion were BNI Network & Services Director Ronny Venir and BNI Commissioner Mohamad Yusuf Permana.

President Jokowi expressed his appreciation for BNI for presenting BNI Digital Banking Cafe at IKN. “Thank you BNI for your contribution to the country,” said the Head of State.

BNI Digital Banking Cafe which carries the Digital First concept comes with an innovative and full digital concept, combining the comfort of public spaces with the latest digital banking facilities.

Customers and the surrounding community, especially the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), who live in the IKN area can easily access various banking services safely and comfortably.

Various digital devices such as BNI DigiCS, ATMs, and CRM are presented so that customers can carry out banking transactions independently, from account opening to PIN reset, without having to queue. Not to forget the super apps wondr by BNI which are rich in features and easy to use are also presented to answer customer needs in banking transactions anytime and anywhere.

BNI Network & Services Director Ronny Venir said, the opening of BNI Digital Banking Cafe at IKN is a form of BNI's commitment to continue to innovate and support the development of IKN through digital banking services.

“With BNI Digital Banking Cafe, we wish to facilitate banking activities that are close to the customer's daily life and support the progress of IKN as the center of government and Indonesia's future economy,” said Ronny.

With a modern design and complete services, BNI Digital Banking Cafe is not only a place for transactions, but also a safe and comfortable public space for the surrounding community, while supporting digital financial literacy at IKN.

The digital ecosystem was also created by BNI by presenting the BNI Smart Tenant Plus platform, as a module for managing ASN residences in IKN digitally and modernly.

In addition, BNI Agen46, an officeless banking financial service that can serve various banking transactions similar to services at BNI Outlets, is also presented in the Construction Workers' Residence and several areas around IKN that are close to the surrounding community.

“With the presence of BNI Digital Banking Cafe and the BNI Smart Tenant Plus platform, it creates a digital ecosystem to meet the residential needs of ASN, welcoming a new digital-based era,” Ronny concluded.
