PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI) signed a cooperation agreement with PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSD) for partners and vendors financing through BNIdirect Supply Chain. BNIdirect Supply Chain is an integrated platform in one BNIdirect digital business ecosystem.
“By taking advantage of technology through the BNIdirect Supply Chain digital platform, we hope to provide more effective and efficient solutions for BSD partners and vendors,” said Corporate Banking SEVP Pancaran Affendi.
Pancaran expressed his expectation at the signing ceremony of the cooperation between BNI and BSD in Tangerang, Wednesday (30/10/2024). The agreed cooperation is in the form of support for partners and vendors' financing through BNIdirect Supply Chain. BSD itself is part of Sinar Mas Land and an integral part of the Sinar Mas Group.
Pancaran explained that BNIdirect Supply Chain provides BNI Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) services. This service will make it easier for BSD partners and vendors to access invoice payments. He promised that this integrated service will speed up the operational process and help their partners' businesses expand.
“The cooperation between BNI and Sinar Mas Land has been going on for more than two decades. This is BNI's strategic step in supporting customer business growth, especially in the property sector,” he said.
The BNI FSCM platform offers several benefits overall. These include the use of authorization matrix approval in each transaction to guarantee the security of corporate transactions. Furthermore, BNI FSCM features make it easier to monitor transaction data in real time and to save and provide firm financial report data electronically for anytime, anywhere access.
CFO Residential BSD Sinar Mas Land Handoko Wibowo, welcomed the cooperation in utilizing the BNIdirect Supply Chain digital platform. He hopes that this easy access to financing can increase productivity and have a positive impact on the business growth of Sinar Mas Land's partners and vendors, in this case BSD.
