Strengthening Digitization Synergy, BNI and ACC Collaborate on Autopay Services

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. or BNI collaborates with one of the finance company groups from PT Astra International Tbk, namely Astra Credit Companies (ACC) consisting of PT Astra Sedaya Finance, PT Astra Auto Finance, and PT Swadharma Bhakti Sedaya Finance regarding BNI Autopay services.

The event with the theme “Synergy for Sustainable Growth” was held at Grha BNI Building, Jakarta, Tuesday (18/02/2025).

Present at the cooperation agreement were BNI Digital and Integrated Transaction Banking Director Hussein Paolo Kartadjoemena, ACC Chief Finance Officer Dharmawan Phie and ACC Chief Operating Officer Devy Santoso Jayadi.

Also present in this event were BNI Retail Digital Solution SEVP Rian Eriana Kaslan, BNI Corporate Banking SEVP Pancaran Affendi, BNI Division Head of Retail Digital Product and Partnership Mesah Roni Ginting, BNI Division Head of International & Financial Institutions Rima Cahyani, ACC Treasury, Finance and Banking EVP Anastasia Puspa Kumala, ACC Retail Operation EVP Jeanny Fransisca Simbolon, dan ACC Information Technology EVP Hendry.

The symbolic cooperation was carried out by pressing the digital screen by Hussein Paolo Kartadjoemena accompanied by Rian Kaslan and Devy Santoso Jayadi accompanied by Dharmawan Phie, followed by an exchange of plaques.

According to Paolo, the Autopay collaboration between BNI and ACC has strategic objectives in business development to improve financial services and expand quality service networks. This step is expected to increase customer confidence in BNI and ACC.

“For BNI, this collaboration not only provides convenience of payment services for customers but is also able to play a role in growing the BNI ecosystem through new customer acquisition and to increase transactions,” said Paolo.

This collaboration, according to Paolo, is proof of BNI's commitment to supporting ACC's business. Previously, BNI provided ACC installment payment channels through ATMs and mobile banking. BNI has also provided credit facilities to ACC amounting to IDR 1 trillion in 2023. “We believe this cooperation can increase the synergy between BNI and ACC in facing the challenges of a dynamic financial market,” he said.

Dharmawan Phie welcomed this Autopay service collaboration. ACC as the first automotive financing company to use BNI Autopay services has the same commitment to provide the best service for every customer. As a trusted financing company, ACC strives to provide the best service to its customers. The latest BNI Autopay service will make it easier for customers to pay installments without having to visit an ACC branch office.

“This collaboration will provide an opportunity for ACC customers to pay their obligations using BNI accounts through Autopay registration on the ACC ONE platform system”, said Dharmawan Phie.

Autopay service is a fund receipt facility provided by BNI to facilitate direct transaction payments on the Biller's website or application with a daily limit that can be set as needed and One-Time Password (OTP) as registration validation.
