BNI Won Three Awards at the JCB Indonesia Awards 2026

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI won three awards simultaneously at the JCB Indonesia Awards 2026 themed 'Celebrating Partnership and Prestige', emphasizing the company's strategic collaboration in the global payment sector.

At the annual appreciation event held at Soehanna Hall, The Energy Building SCBD, Jakarta, on Wednesday (2/11/2026), BNI received the Best New Card Acquisition in Indonesia 2025 award, the First JCB Corporate Card Product in Indonesia for the BNI JCB Corporate Card product, and the Excellence in Customer Experiential Collaboration 2025 award.

The award was received directly by BNI Wealth Management Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) Steven Suryana. He believes this achievement reflects BNI's consistency in expanding its card user base, introducing product innovations, and enhancing the quality of customer experience.

"This achievement is proof of BNI's seriousness in promoting a more inclusive and innovative transaction system for the Indonesian people," said Steven in a written statement.

He added that solid collaboration with JCB International Indonesia is an important foundation in providing competitive and relevant payment solutions for the needs of customers, both individuals and corporations.

As Steven pointed out, in the future BNI will further develop its cooperation with JCB, including extensions of the range of corporate card products and how this affects customer experiences for BNI Credit Card holders.

"The collaboration between BNI and JCB serves as a foundation to present innovative credit card services which conform with customer needs, while also strengthening BNI's competitiveness in the payment industry," he said.

The JCB Indonesia Awards are a way for JCB to recognize its principal and issuer partners for their performance achievements throughout the year. This year's ceremony was also attended by Hiroki Takabayashi, Minister of the Japan Embassy, Masaki Yokawa, President and CEO of JCB International Co., Ltd, and Yo Sato, President Director of JCB Indonesia, as well as other executives from Himbara banks and other private banks.

Winning these three awards reinforces BNI's position as a leading credit card issuer in Indonesia, actively promoting product innovation and global collaboration. This achievement also strengthens BNI's commitment to supporting a secure, inclusive, and internationally competitive payment ecosystem.
