PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BNI, has once again received international recognition for its commitment to human resource management and digital talent transformation. BNI won an award in the Talent Insight Pioneer category and was a finalist in the Best Employer Branding on LinkedIn and AI Pioneer Learning Champion categories at the LinkedIn Talent Awards 2025.
The award was presented at a ceremony held at The St. Regis Jakarta on Thursday (May 7). BNI also received a similar award in 2024, when it won Best Employer Brand on LinkedIn Talent Awards Indonesia 2024 for companies with over 10,000 employees.
BNI's Director of Human Capital & Compliance, Munadi Herlambang, stated that this achievement is proof of BNI's consistency in building a human capital strategy that is adaptive, data-driven, and relevant to future business needs.
"This recognition motivates BNI to continue strengthening its human capital transformation through a data-driven digital approach. We believe that proper talent management will be a crucial foundation for supporting sustainable business growth," Munadi said in a written statement.
In recent years, BNI has continued to optimize the use of AI-based digital platforms to support strategic decision-making in talent management, from mapping competency needs and sourcing strategies to strengthening the company's employer branding.
This approach allows BNI to understand labor market dynamics, future skills trends, and improve the effectiveness of its recruitment and candidate engagement processes. Through this strategy, BNI has also successfully strengthened its position as an employer of choice in the national banking industry.
BNI's cultural values are embodied in four core values: professionalism, integrity, customer orientation, and continuous improvement. These are then translated into six work ethics, or 6 Karsa, including agility, growth mindset, collaboration, and excellence in execution. This culture serves as a crucial foundation for building a future-ready organization capable of competing in the digital age.
In addition to supporting long-term business needs, BNI's human capital transformation is also aligned with the company's efforts to develop superior talent capable of meeting the challenges of the digital era, analytics, and sustainability.
"Going forward, we will continue to strengthen our agile, future-ready learning and talent development ecosystem, which will boost BNI's competitiveness at the national and global levels," Munadi concluded.
In the future, BNI will continue to expand the implementation of its technology- and data analytics-driven human capital strategy to create an organization that is increasingly adaptive, innovative, and focused on sustainable talent development.
