PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI) ensures that banking services will continue during the Eid al-Adha 1447 Hijriah holiday, joint leave, and the Pancasila Birth Day 2026 holiday through limited operations at a number of branch offices and optimization of digital services that can be accessed 24 hours a day.
BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said the company remains committed to ensuring smooth public transactions during the long holiday period of May 29–31, 2026, and June 1, 2026, with the spirit of wholehearted service.
"BNI is working to ensure that customer transaction needs are met during the Eid al-Adha holiday period through limited operational services and 24-hour digital channels," Okki said in a written statement.
To support public service needs, BNI will have 15 outlets available on a limited basis on Saturday, May 30, 2026, with service hours from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. local time. Through these services, customers can still conduct a number of essential transactions, such as Pertamina fuel deposits, Bulog deposits, cash deposits, cash withdrawals, and transfers between BNI accounts.
In addition to offering branch services, BNI is also ensuring that all digital channels remain operational 24/7 throughout the holiday period. Customers can still access various transaction services through the wondr by BNI app, BNIdirect, ATMs, and other electronic banking services.
According to Okki, optimizing digital services is part of the company's efforts to provide ease and convenience in transactions to customers amidst increased public mobility during the long holiday.
