PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BNI, is offering approximately 2,600 collateral assets through the "Gelegar Lelang BNI 2026" program. The assets being marketed include houses, shophouses, warehouses, apartments, hotels, and various other types of properties located across several regions of Indonesia.
The program will take place from 15 June to 15 September 2026, with the peak of the simultaneous auction scheduled for August 21, 2026. The BNI Auction Event is aimed at expanding public access to assets through an open, safe and transparent auction mechanism.
The program kick-off was held at Grha BNI, Jakarta, on Tuesday (4/8/2026). It was inaugurated by Syukriah HG, Director of Auctions at the Ministry of Finance's Directorate General of State Assets, together with Saridatun, Senior Executive Vice President of Remedial & Recovery at BNI.
Saridatun stated that the BNI Gelegar Lelang (Grand Auction) is part of the company's efforts to provide the public with broader access to acquire assets while simultaneously optimizing the resolution of collateral assets.
"Gelegar Lelang BNI represents our commitment to providing an asset marketing process that is open, transparent, and easily accessible to the public," said Saridatun in a written statement.
According to her, auctions are not only a means of settling banking collateral assets, but can also be an alternative for people who want to own or invest in property.
In implementing the program, BNI collaborates with the DJKN to enhance public understanding of the auction mechanism while ensuring that the entire process is conducted in accordance with regulations.
The collaboration encompasses educational activities—including discussions, consultations, and the dissemination of information—covering auction participation procedures, participant rights and obligations, and the stages of transaction execution.
Through this educational initiative, BNI and DJKN aim to reinforce the understanding that auctions are open and accountable mechanisms, as well as a viable alternative for acquiring assets at competitive prices.
The Gelegar Lelang BNI 2026 will also be featured as part of the wondrX BNI 2026 event, taking place from August 21–23, 2026, at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition in BSD City, Tangerang.
During the event, visitors can view the catalog of assets on offer and receive an explanation regarding the mechanisms and procedures for participating in the auction.
Information regarding the assets can be accessed via BNI's digital catalog at lelangagunan.bni.co.id, while the auction process is conducted through the official DJKN platform at lelang.go.id.
By offering these thousands of assets, BNI hopes to boost public participation in auctions while simultaneously building a more inclusive, transparent, and accountable marketing ecosystem for collateral assets.
