BNI Supports Danantara Housing Expo 2026, Expanding Access to Home Loans

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BNI, is strengthening its support for the Three Million Homes Program by participating in the Danantara Housing Expo 2026, which will take place from August 27 to 30, 2026, at NICE PIK 2.

BNI’s involvement in the expo is part of a collaborative effort between state-owned banks and developers to expand public access to housing financing, under the coordination of Danantara Indonesia.

This collaboration is reinforced by the signing of cooperation agreements between the Himbara banks and the developers. These agreements establish the framework for an integrated mortgage disbursement mechanism during the expo.

BNI Director of Network & Retail Funding Rian Eriana Kaslan stated that the synergy aims to make the home financing process more accessible to the public while simultaneously supporting the acceleration of the government's housing program.

"As a state-owned enterprise under the coordination of Danantara Indonesia, BNI continues to strengthen collaboration with fellow Himbara members and developers to expand opportunities for the public to own homes through increasingly accessible financing," said Rian.

According to Rian, the collaboration between banks and developers is also expected to have a positive impact on increasing home ownership and the growth of the national property sector.

During the exhibition, Himbara banks will implement a standardized mechanism for distributing mortgage loans. This standardization is expected to accelerate the financing approval process, provide service certainty to consumers, and enhance the effectiveness of coordination with developers.

The Danantara Housing Expo 2026 will bring together Himbara banks and developers within a single ecosystem. Through this event, the public can obtain information on a wide range of housing options while also accessing available financing solutions.

For BNI, participation in the exhibition is aimed not only at expanding the disbursement of home ownership financing but also at fulfilling the company's role in supporting national development programs.

"We hope this synergy will deliver a tangible impact in increasing home ownership while supporting the growth of the national property sector," said Rian.

BNI considers the housing sector to play a vital role in driving economic activity through its linkages with various supporting industries. Therefore, collaboration among the government, the banking sector, and developers is essential to accelerate the provision of decent and affordable housing.

As part of Indonesia’s Danantara ecosystem, BNI will continue to strengthen synergies across state-owned enterprises and provide relevant financing solutions. These measures are expected to expand opportunities for the public to own homes while supporting inclusive and sustainable growth in the property sector.
