PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BNI, is partnering with hundreds of developers for the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 as part of its support for the Three Million Homes Program. The exhibition showcases a wide range of property options, spanning from premium and commercial residences to subsidized housing.
The Danantara Housing Expo 2026 will take place from August 27 to 30, 2026, at NICE PIK 2, bringing together the public, BNI, state-owned banks (Himbara), Danantara Indonesia, and property developers in a single event.
Through this event, the public can explore various housing options while obtaining information on BNI’s home ownership loan (KPR) facilities tailored to their needs and financial capabilities.
BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo stated that the involvement of hundreds of developers demonstrates the strong collaboration between the property and banking industries in expanding public access to home ownership.
“As a state-owned enterprise under the coordination of Danantara Indonesia, BNI continues to provide financing services that are increasingly accessible to the public. The Danantara Housing Expo serves as a platform connecting the public with a wide range of housing options and financing solutions in a single location, making the process of homeownership easier and more convenient,” said Okki in a written statement.
A number of national developers are participating, including Ciputra Group, Sinarmas Land Group, Agung Sedayu Group, Agung Podomoro Land, Summarecon Group, Alam Sutera, Modernland, Lippo Group, Metropolitan Land, Sentul City, Natura City Development, and Pakuwon Group.
BNI has also partnered with various other developers, including those specializing in subsidized housing across several regions of Indonesia. The participation of developers spanning these different segments offers the public a wider range of options—from first-time homebuyers to consumers seeking homes in the commercial and premium segments.
“Driven by the spirit of ‘Serving Wholeheartedly,’ BNI aims to expand access to financing so that more Indonesian families can own decent homes that meet their needs. We hope this collaboration will support the public in homeownership while also contributing to the Three Million Homes Program,” said Okki.
BNI's participation in the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 is also part of the company's efforts to strengthen collaboration with developers and various stakeholders in the property sector.
