Premium Customers’ Privileges Now BNI Customer Can Enjoy BNI Garuda Priority Service

Jakarta, 20 October 2017 ---  PT  Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in cooperation with PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI establish cooperation to improve BNI Garuda Priority Service to customers of BNI Emerald Segmen Priority and Private Banking. Currently,  BNI is the first bank can enjoy the Garuda Priority Service facility.

Through BNI Emerald Privilege with Garuda Priority Service, BNI’s premium customers who fly with economy class can also enjoy premium facilities and service of Garuda Indonesia which previously can only be enjoyed by Business Class passengers or owners of GarudaMiles Platinum and GarudaMiles Gold such as Premium Check-in, Priority Baggage (2 times), Priority Security Point, Immigration Clearance, Priority Boarding, serta Garuda Executive Lounge.

The cooperation of BNI and Garuda is marked by the signing of Memorandum of Understanding regarding the use Premium Service Facility (Pre & Post) of Garuda Indonesia as Privilege for Customers of BNI Emerald Segmen Priority and Private Banking in Jakarta, Friday (20/10). Present in that occasion were the Director of Institutional Relation & Banking Transactional of BNI,  Adi Sulistyowati, the Director of Marketing & IT of Garuda Indonesia, Nina Sulistyowati,  as well as BNI Emerald Customers.

According to Adi Sulistyowati, the Premium Service Facility (Pre & Post) of Garuda Indonesia can be used by Emerald customers traveling using Garuda Indonesia airline. By the presence of this MoU,  Garuda Indonesia provides more benefit in the form of facilities which usually given to Members of Garuda Indonesia Platinum (*GarudaMiles Platinum) or Garuda Indonesia business class passengers to BNI Emerald customers at Soekarna Hatta airport, either at Terminal 3 International or Domestik departure terminal. For further stage, it is planned that the facilities can also be used at Juanda Airport - Surabaya, Sepinggan Airport - Balikpapan, Kualanamu Airport - Medan; as well as Ngurah Rai Airport -  Bali. This benefit can be enjoyed free of charge by Emerald customers who use Economy Class of Garuda flight, BNI Debit Emerald Private Banking (Free 4 pax) and BNI Debit card Emerald Priority Banking (Free 2 pax).

“Cooperation of BNI and Garuda Indonesia is one of our various efforts to add value upon the loyalty has been given by BNI Emerald Customers,” said  Adi Sulistyowati.

Range series of service have been provided by BNI together with  Garuda Indonesia to Emerald customers, among other things, recently, BNI also become a sponsor of Travel Experience namely Garuda Indonesia Travel Fair or GATF, twice in a year, and the last was taken place on 22-24 September 2017.  Special for BNI Emerald Customers, BNI organized Pre-Sale Travel Experience which was held at Shangri-La Hotel on 14 September 2017.

“And starts from today, BNI is the first bank cooperating with Garuda Indonesia to provide additional benefit for its premium customers, namely through  Garuda Priority Service,” said Adi Sulistyowati.

In the meantime, in the same occasion, the Director of Marketing & IT of Garuda Indonesia, Nina Sulistyowati said that this cooperation is the realization of Garuda effort to improve commitment and synergy spirit of SOEs has been well established during this time, especially with  BNI.

“Besides, this cooperation is also the effort of Garuda Indonesia to maximize the potential of company’s ancillary revenue through cooperation with various parties.”, Nina added.
