Jakarta, 3 June 2019 --- BNI prepares maximum services to fulfill whatever people’s needs in transaction even in lebaran holidays. During the holy month of Ramadan until the highlight of Eid al-Fitr 1440 Hijri celebration becomes an important part in worship activities for muslim in the world, including in Indonesia.
As a supporter of the banking side, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI) prepares maximum services to meet whatever the public needs in transaction even in the moment of holiday during Eid. Present to review the limited operations at BNI Jakarta City Branch, the Vice President

Herry said that the visit of BNI’s Board of Directors to outlets carrying out limited operation as a form of support and to motivate employees who remain working when the others have their lebaran holiday. BNI only closed on 5 June.
As for the full holiday, only BNI outlets. Banking services can still be provided through BNI electronic channels every day, ranging from Mobile Banking, SMS Banking, Internet banking, to ATM machines. Likewise, with the BNI Call Center service on number 1500046 that is still running.
"Therefore, we recommend that customers activate all of these electronic channels. There would be no harm, instead many benefits and conveniences can be obtained. Thus, all the service channels that BNI has can be enjoyed at any time and more leverage," said Herry.
BNI Outlets will open with limited operation services during lebaran holiday. On 1, 2, 8, and 9 June 2019, BNI activates 79 Weekend Banking outlets. This weekend banking outlet serves account opening, cash deposits and withdrawals, transfer between BNI accounts, accommodation for Pertamina Fuel and non-Fuel deposit, and accommodation for state revenue deposit.
Then on 3, 4, and 7 June 2019, or when Joint Leave takes place, BNI operates 68 outlets to provide services of account opening, cash deposits and withdrawals, transfer between BNI accounts, deposit escrow for Fuel Pertamina banknotes, and billpayment.
On the second day of Eid al-Fitr 2019, on 6 June, BNI remain operates its 27 outlets to serve Fuel and non-Fuel Pertamina deposit. For the information on the BNI outlets location that remain in full service can be found at BNI official website.
