Jakarta, 19 August 2020 - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk (BNI) is transforming by continuing to create new innovations in the banking world. Now BNI is increasingly improving the BNI Call Virtual Assistant application by adding a transaction feature via voice-command.
In Jakarta, Wednesday (19 August 2020), BNI Director of Services and Networks, Adi Sulistyowati, who is familiarly called Susi said that customers in the digital era like the ease of accessing products and feel happy when treated personally and get a quick response to their needs. For this reason, BNI is upgrading its Call Center Services with a new application, namely BNI Call Virtual Assistant.
"Now customers can make various transactions through this application using Voice Command, starting from transfers between BNI and between banks, purchases, payments, debit cards blocking, to complaints settlement tracking. In addition, customers can also get information related to banking products from BNI through BNI Call Virtual Assistant,” said Susi.
Susi added, for the sake of customer security, every financial transaction will require a transaction password like transactions through BNI Mobile Banking. With this application, customers and non-customers can access BNI Call anywhere and anytime via smartphone by downloading BNI Call Application through Play Store or Appstore.
"Empowering CX Transformation" Webinar
After launching this banking innovation, BNI also held a webinar entitled "Empowering CX Transformation" broadcast live via Live Youtube. The webinar was attended by BNI Director of Services & Networks, Adi Sulistiyowati, the Chairman of the Indonesia Contact Center Association, Andi Anugrah, the Head of Information Technology Solutions Division of BNI, Heri Atmoko, and the Artist, Boy William.
The Webinar discussed on hour companies must build customer experience in the digital era. Today, customers prefer to access information, buy products and subscribe online. Customers want everything to be done easily and quickly in the palm of their hands without leaving their places, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.
