BNI Received 3 Awards from Bank Indonesia

11/12/2023. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI seeks to proactively support Bank Indonesia in various monetary operation efforts to encourage the strengthening of an inclusive transaction system for the community.

BNI received three awards from Bank Indonesia (BI) at the Bank Indonesia Annual Meeting on Wednesday (6/12/2023).

The awards were the Best Conventional Bank Supporting Rupiah Monetary Operations Innovation, the Best Deposit Cash Management Bank, and the Best Inclusive Payment Supporting Bank.

The award was given directly by BI Governor Perry Warjiyo to BNI Deputy President Director Adi Sulistyowati, and witnessed by Indonesian President Joko Widodo.

Adi Sulistyowati, also known as Susi, said the company is committed to always proactively increasing contributions and collaborating with all stakeholders through various programs aimed at increasing financial inclusion, financial support, and banking service digitization innovations to support a fast, easy, safe and reliable payment system.

"We would like to thank Bank Indonesia for the appreciation given to BNI. This will be a spirit for BNI to continue to grow better in the future." said Susi.

On the occasion, Susi explained that the Indonesian economy in 2023 showed solid and resilient performance.

However, she argued that all economic actors must remain vigilant to face various global economic and geopolitical challenges.

In order to welcome 2024, Susi hopes that all parties will maintain their enthusiasm so that they can always contribute to improving the Indonesian economy.

"Let us welcome 2024 with enthusiasm to welcome the revival of the national economy and more positive and inclusive growth," she concluded.
