BNI Strengthens Synergy with the Indonesian Army by Providing Integrated Financial Services

15/05/2024. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI has once again shown its commitment in supporting government programs, this time through the provision of integrated financial services for institutions and members of the Indonesian National Military (TNI), especially the Army (AD).

This commitment was realized through the signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) between BNI and the Indonesian Army regarding the Provision of Banking Services to the Indonesian Army.

The signing of this cooperation agreement was carried out by Aspers Kasad Major General Arief Gajah Mada with BNI Network and Services Director Ronny Venir at the Indonesian Army Headquarters, Jakarta, on Tuesday (30/4/2024).

In his remarks, Ronny said, this collaboration is BNI's strategic step to strengthen synergy with the Indonesian Army in supporting the management of the State Budget (APBN) and the distribution of salaries and performance allowances (tukin) within the Indonesian Army.

“This service is expected to provide convenience for all members of the Army in conducting banking transactions, as well as increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial management within the Army,” Ronny said.

Ronny further explained, this Cooperation Agreement marks the expansion of cooperation between BNI and the Army. Previously, BNI had collaborated with the Army in managing APBN funds and distributing tukin. With this PKS, BNI is now trusted to distribute the salaries of TNI AD soldiers.

Ronny said that BNI would remain committed to offering innovative and easily accessible financial services to all Army soldiers in order to make financial management faster, easier, and more transparent.

“With this cooperation, it is hoped that the synergy between BNI and the Army will be stronger and can have a positive impact on both parties,” concluded Ronny.
